Ես ձեզ ասեմ, առողջապահության նախարարը փոխվեց, բայց հիվանդանոցներում էլի փողի բազարներ են գնում: Բազարն էլ, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, ինքը՝ բժիշկն ա վարում:
Նախարարը փոխվեց, վարչապետը փոխվեց, բայց ռեալ բան չփոխվեց էս ոլորտում, էլի պետպատվերը ռեալ պետպատվեր չի, էլի մարդկանցից սրսկման ու մնացած ծառայությունների համար գումար են ակնկալում, ու գաղտնիք չի, որ հիվանդ մարդը կամ արդեն վիրահատված մարդը չի ուզենա բժշկական անձնակազմի հետ ռազբորկաներ անի, ոչ մեկին հաճելի չի, որ իր հետ գումար չունենալու պահով քիթ ու մռութով խոսեն, սիրով չվերաբերվեն, նաև կասկածներ կունենա, թե արդյոք նորմալ, որակով դեղեր կսրսկեն, թե գլխառադ կանեն, եթե իրենց ասած գումարը չտաս...
Վիրահատված մարդուն, ընդհանրապես, հիվանդ մարդուն, կողքից արհեստական սթրեսներ պետք չեն, սրանք էս ստից բանը էդպես էլ չհասկացան:
Երեկվա աղջկան վիրահատել են հանրապետական հիվանդանոցում, ու մինչ ուշ գիշեր բանակցություններ ա գնացել, սկզբնական 400 հազար դրամը իջեցրել էին 150 սարքել, հետո 200 են ուզել, հետո աղջկա հետ մուննաթով ու գոռգոռալով են խոսել, բուժքույրը ձայնը բարձրացրել, կոպիտ ա եղել աղջկա հետ (ասա, ով ես դու !!!! );
Բազարը հենց ինքը՝ բժիշկն ա վարել։
Հիվանդը շտապօգնության մեքենայով, առանց փող, ոնց վախեցած թռչնակ, հայտնվել ա մի մարդուն ստորացնող իրադրության մեջ, որից գլուխ չի հանում:
Մի բան լավ գիտեմ՝ նախարարը ո՞վ ա, եթե հանկարծ վարչապետը ՑԱՆԿԱՆԱ ՄԻ ՀՐԱՄԱՆՈՎ ՎԵՐՋ ՏԱ ԷՍ ՏԵՍԱԿ ԱՅԼԱՆԴԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻՆ:
Վարչապե՛տ, ձայն հանիր, տեղյակ ե՞ք մեր չգրված այլանդակ օրենքների՞ց......
Եթե ոչ, ապա ասեմ, որ վարչապետը իրավունք չունի անտեղյակ մնալ երկրի էս կարգի վերքերից....
Ու վերջում նորից գրեմ՝ հո մենք ձեր գերին չենք...
