Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հաճախ լինում է այնպես,որ պետական գանձարանից մարզերին տրվող ֆինանսական միջոցները չեն բավականացնում, քանի որ առաջանում են ընթացիկ մի շարք խնդիրներ: Շատ անգամ այդ խնդիրները կապված են լինում բնության կողմից մատուցված «անակնկալների» հետ: Օրինակ կարկտահարության հետևանքով տուժած գյուղացիներին փոխհատուցում, ճանպարհաշինարարություն և այլն:
Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրյան համայնքի երկրաշարժի հետևանքով մի շարք ընտանիքներ դարձել էին անօթևան: Խնդիրը մշտապես եղել է քննարկումների կիզակետում: Համայնքային բյոուջեից ամբողջը փոխհատուցել ու ֆինանսավորել հնարավոր չէր: Խնդրի լուծման համար գործադիր մարմինը որոշում է կայացրել պետական միջոցներից հատկացնել 798 միլիոն դրամ և այն ուղղել անօթևան ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագրին: Առհասարակ, պետությունը մտադիր է 2017 թվականին վերջնականապես փակել «աղետի գոտի» հասկացության էջը: Կարծում եմ դա այդքան էլ հեշտ աշխատանք չի լինելու, բայց անիրատեսական չէ:
Սպասվում է, որ հատկացված գումարներով ավարտին կհասցվեն Գլենդել-Հիլզ կազմակերպության կողմից կառուցված 3 կիսակառույց բնակելի շենքերի շինարարական աշխատանքները և Ախուրյանի անօթևան ընտանիքները կստանան բնակարաններ:
