2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին քաղաքական դաշտը եռում է: ԱԺ-ում հայտնվել ցանկանում են շատերը՝ մանդատի ու վերստին իշխանության հասնելու համար պատրաստ լինելով դիմել ցանկացած քայլի: Տարիներ շարունակ պետական ապարատից սնվող ու այն ի շահ իրենց ծառայեցնող չինովնիկներն անցել են թատերական լայն արշավի. բարեգործական ծրագրեր են ներկայացնում, ազգանվեր օրենքներ ու որոշումներ հրապարակում, պատժում յուրայիններին՝ համոզված լինելով, որ հերթական անգամ ժողովրդի աչքին թոզ փչելով, կարող են կրկին հաջողության հասնել:

Սակայն փոխվել են ժամանակները: Հիմա այլ է: Հիմա այլ սերունդ է մեծանում: Հիմա ունենք այլ երիտասարդություն, որին խաբելն ու մոլորության ճանապարհով տանելը՝ բարդ է:

Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին՝ երիտասարդները փորձում են նախաձեռնող լինել և երկրի կառավարման ղեկն իրենց ձեռքին պահել: Իհարկե, դա նրանց դեռ մասամբ է հաջողվում՝ բողոքի ակցիաների միջոցով: Ավելիին հասնելու համար՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությանը սերնդափոխություն է հարկավոր, որը դառնալու է այն ջրբաժանը, որն անցյալում է թողնելու երրորդ հանրապետության բնականոն ընթացքը խաթարած արատավոր մոդելը՝ ձեւակերպելով երկրի զարգացման տեսլականը։

Այս օրերին մութ թունելի վերջում սկսել է լույս առկայծել: Ձևականություններին վերջ տալ են ցանկանում «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժմանը միացող հարյուրավոր երիտասարդներ, ովքեր միաբերան փաստում են, որ իրենք ոչ թե կոնկրետ լիդերի շուրջ համախմբվելով՝ մեկ անձի պաշտամունքով են զբաղվելու, այլ լիդերներով միավորվելով՝ պետական ու ազգային շահին են ծառայելու:

Քաղաքական սերնդափոխությունը հենց զարգացման ճանապարհ է։ Այդ գաղափարը «կարմիր թելի» պես անցնում էր «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանի՝ «Ժողովուրդ»-ին տված հարցազրույցում։ Այդ հարցազրույցում ինձ դուր է եկել ուշագրավ մի քանի հանգամանք։ Երիտասարդ գործիչը ոչ թե տեսական դատողություններ էր անում, այլ խոսում էր իրական գործընթացի մասին, որի խորքում կայանում է քաղաքական սերնդափոխությունը՝ ինստիտուցիոնալ եւ ծրագրային հարթակներում։ Ինձ դուր եկավ քաղաքական նոր ուժի ինքնաբավությունը՝ թե՛ նախաձեռնողների կայացվածության, եւ թե՛ հավաքական արժեքային ինքնաճանաչման եւ կազմակերպչական պոտենցիալի ինքնագնահատման առումով։

Արման Վարդանյանն ու նրա համախոհները զերծ են մեր քաղաքական համակարգի բարդույթներից։ Հնչում էր պարզ ու հստակ ասելիք, որը որակապես տարբերվում էր իշխանության զոռբայությունից ու ընդդիմության նվնվոցից։

Ուժեղ մարդիկ հավատում են իրենց հաղթանակին։

Դատելով հարցազրույցից՝ դա հիմնարար սկզբունք է «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժումը նախաձեռնած երիտասարդ գործիչների համար։ Հաղթանակը, տվյալ դեպքում, արտահայտվելու է որակական ցուցիչներով։ Հենց դրանով էլ՝ նոր շարժումն արմատապես տարբերվում է հասարակության թիկունքում ստվերային դավեր հյուսող այսօրվա իշխանություններից եւ ընդդիմությունից։
