ԱՄՆ նորընտիր նախագահի փոփոխությամբ մեր անվտանգության օրակարգը չի փոխվում

Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Պարզ է, որ անգամ շատ փոքր երկիր հանդիսացող Հայաստանում, որը քարտեզի վրա գրեթե աննշմարելի է, սակայն ունի աշխարհի չափ խնդիրներ, ամենից կարևոր թեման, իհարկե, ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրություններն էին: Թրամփի ընտրությունն ինձ համար էլ էր անակնկալ:
Տրամաբանական է, որ հաջորդ հարցադրումը այն է, թե ինչ քաղաքականություն նա ու նրա թիմը կորդեգրեն աշխարհի ու հատկապես Հարավային Կովկասի նկատմամբ: Եթե անկեղծ՝ չգիտեմ, քանզի ԱՄՆ-ի մասնագետ չեմ: Եթե անգամ մեկը ինչ-որ դիտարկումներ էլ անի այս հարցի վերաբերյալ, ապա դրանք հավանաբար կլինեն ժամանակավրեպ: Ցավոք, Հայաստանում, կարծեմ, այդպիսի պրոֆիլի մասնագետներ էլ չունենք:
Սակայն նշեմ, որ ինչ քաղաքական ու անվտանգային գիծ էլ որդեգրի Թրամփը, ինպես էլ հարաբերվի ՌԴ-ի հետ կամ, ասենք, ինչ մոտեցումներ ներկայացնի ԼՂ կարգավորման ու հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններում, անվտանգության հայաստանյան օրակարգը դրանից դժվար մեծ փոխոխությունների ենթարկվի:
Նախագահի կարգավիճակում Թրամփի քաղաքական ասպարեզ մուտքով ի՞նչ է փոխվելու... Մի՞թե Ադրբեջանը դադարեցնելու է ռազմական հռետորաբանությունը, դառնալու է առավել վստահելի գործընկեր բանակցությունների սեղանին, թե՞ ԱՄՆ դաշնակից Թուրքիան է վերածվելու առավել հանդուրժող ու վստահելի հարևանի... Իհարկե ոչ...
ԱՄՆ քաղաքականությունը շատ գլոբալ է, ընդգրկուն, ու այդ մեծ համակարգում նշածս բաղադրիչները շոշափելի, երբեմն էլ տեսանելի չեն, ուստի մենք իրավունք չունենք փոփոխելու անվտանգային մեր օրակարգը, որը պատերազմի պատրաստվելն է, ռազմական ոլորտի բարեփոխումներն են ու պետականության հիմքերի ամրապնդումը....
