Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Տնտեսության ակտիվացման համար, բացի ներդրումային դաշտի խթանմանն ուղված քայլերից, չափազանց կարևոր է նաև արտահանման ծավալների ավելացումը: Արտաքին շուկաներում հայկական արտադրանքի սպառման համար մշտապես փորձ է արվել գործարկել տարբեր մեխանիզմներ այն ավելի մրցունակ դարձնելու համար:
Այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստի ժամանակ անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև այս խնդրին: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ շաբաթական 1 օր հանդիպումներ ու քննարկումներ են ունենում ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները դիմել են հետևյալ խնդրանքով. 15 երկրների ՀՀ դեսպանատներում ուզում են ունենալ ներկայացուցչություններ:
Այս ամենի գլխավոր մեխն այն է, որ դա չի լինելու լրացուցիչ ծախս դիվանագիտական կորպուսի համար, այլ ծախսը հոգալու են ՏՏ ոլորտի բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությանը, ինչպես նաև բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին առաջարկել է նման հարթակ ստեղծեն նաև իրենք, որպեսզի հետագայում առանձին առևտրային ներկայացուցչություններ ստեղծելու կարիք չլինի:
Այսինքն, մինիմալ ծախսերով ու առանց ավելորդ պետական ռեսուրսների փորձ է արվում ակտիվացնել բիզնես միջավայրը՝ օգտագործելով նաև պետական գերատեսչությունները: Կարծում եմ, դեռ վաղ է խոսել արդյունքների մասին, սակայն պետությունը փորձում է, որոշակի մեխանիզմներ կիրառելով, գործնական քայլեր իրականացնել նաև այս ոլորտում:
