Զինվորականներին ապահովագրելու համար առաջարկվող նախագծային հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը թափանցիկ ու հանրային վերահսկելի դարձնելու համար առաջարկում եմ պարզ և լուծելի մեխանիզմ:
Հաշվի առնելով, որ բոլոր աշխատողներս վճարելու ենք, հետևաբար պետք է տեսնենք, որ մեր վճարած գումարը մուտք է եղել: Դրա համար առաջարկում եմ, որ ստեղծվի online կայք, որտեղ, համապատասխան դաշտում մուտքագրելով մեր անհատական տվյալները, օրինակ՝ սոցքարտի համարը, տեսնենք բոլոր ամիսների ու տարիների վճարները: Սա հեշտ լուծելի է, քանի որ աշխատելով՝ մեր աշխատավարձից բոլոր պահումներն արվում են հաշվապահության միջոցով, ամեն հիմնարկի հաշվապահություն ունենա այս ծրագրի՝ իր գաղտնաբառով մուտքը և համապատասխան դաշտերում մուտքագրի տվյալ աշխատավայրի աշխատողների փոխանցումները, մենք էլ մեր դիտման դաշտով տեսնենք յուրաքանչյուրս մեր վճարումները:
Բացի դա՝ նաև ընդհանրական տեսնենք ամենամսյա հաշվետվություն՝ մուտքագրված-հավաքագրված գումարի չափի և նրա հասցեական բաշխման վերաբերյալ:
