Թրամպի ընտրվելու եվրոպական հեռանկարները

Վիկտոր Ենգիբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ակնհայտ էր և աննախադեպ, որ եվրոպական քաղաքական վերնախավը, ԶԼՄ-ները և քաղաքագիտական շրջանակները բացահայտ պաշտպանում էին ԱՄՆ նախագահի թեկնածու Հիլարի Քլինթոնին: Օբամայի կառավարման տարներին ԱՄՆ ազդեցությունը եվրոպական առանձին երկրների և ԵՄ վրա աճեցին, իսկ ԵՄ-ն գնալով թուլացավ, ինչը արտահայտվեց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու օգտին հանրաքվեի արդյունքներով, ահաբեկչության նոր սպառնալիքներով, տնտեսական խնդիրներով և փախստականների ճգնաժամով: ԱՄՆ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը սեպ խրեց Ռուսաստան-ԵՄ հնարավոր տնտեսական մերձեցման բոլոր հնարավորությունների մեջ: Նախաձեռնելով «տրանսատլանտյան առևտրի և ներդրումների գործընկերության» (TTIP) շուրջ բանակցությունները՝ Օբամայի վարչակազմը կամ-կամ տրամաբանությամբ գիծ քաշեց ՌԴ-ԵՄ տնտեսական բոլոր հնարավոր զարգացումների, այդ թվում՝ Վլադիվոստոկից-Լիսաբոն ազատ առևտրի գոտու գաղափարի վրա: Այս ամենի հատուցումը պետք է լիներ ավելի ամուր ՆԱՏՈ-ն և ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ ազատ առևտրից ստացվող տնտեսական աճը:
Արդյունքում ունենք այն, ինչի մասին մղձավանջում նույնիսկ պատկերացնել չէր կարող ԵՄ քաղաքական վերնախավը՝ չլուծված Սիրիա, գրեթե պառակտված Ուկրաինա, միլիոնավոր փախստականներ, թուրքական նոր մարտահրավեր, ԵՄ-ից բաժանվող Մեծ Բրիտանիա, տնտեսական և քաղաքական խնդիրներ արևելաեվրոպական երկրներում, ընդգծված անվտանգության մարտահրավերներ և այլ:
Այս ամենը չէր լինի սարսափելի, եթե խաղը չավարտվեր Թրամփի հաղթանակով: Որքան էլ որ կայուն լինի ԱՄՆ-ի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, Թրամփը տեր չի կանգնի եվրոպական և մերձավորարևելյան փլատակներին, քանի որ դա թանկ է և ոչ եկամտաբեր: ԱՄՆ-ն արեց իր գործը և հեռացավ դադարի: Հանճարեղ էր:
Սա նշանակում է, որ Եվրոպան առաջիկա 4-5 տարիներին գնալով կթուլանա՝ զիջելով իր աշխարհաքաղաքական դերակատարությունը Ռուսաստանին: ԵՄ-ն նույնիսկ կանգնած է նոր անդամներ կորցնելու վտանգի առջև, իսկ ԵՄ խոշոր պետությունների քաղաքական վերնախավերը ակնհայտորեն կպարտվեն ընտրություններում:
