Երեկ ԱԺ-ում կառավարության նոր կազմը ցույց տվեց, թե որքան «պրոֆեսիոնալ» կարող է նա աշխատել այսպիսի «էքստրեմալ» պայմաններում, ինչպիսին է, օրինակ, վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի բացակայության փաստը ԱԺ-ում։ Երբ, օրինակ, դիտում ես Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խորհրդարանական նիստերը, տպավորություն է, որ շատ գեղեցիկ և բարձր մի թատերական ներկայացում կամ բալետ ես դիտում և սկսում ես հասկանալ քաղաքականության մշակութային կողմը, իսկ երբ փորձում ես համադրել դա մեր քաղաքական «մշակույթի» հետ, հասկանում ես, որ ախոռային մթնոլորտ է տիրում։ Մի ամբողջ նիստ երեկ տապալվեց, չկայացավ միայն մեկ անձի բացակայության պատճառով։ Բայց չէ՞ որ, պարոնա՛յք, դուք աշխատավարձ եք ստանում, որ հավուր պատշաճի վարեք այս բոլոր ընթացակարգերը, նորմալ մասնակցեք և քննարկեք օրենսդիրին հուզող հարցերը։
