Մովսես Դեմիրճյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Վերջին օրերին համառ լուրերն են շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ վարչեպտի հայտնի «ով ինչ ուզում է, թող ներկրի» արտահայտությունից հետո եղել են Հայաստան դիզվառելիքի /կամ բենզինի/ և բանանի ներկրման փորձեր: Կրկին համաձայն լուրերի, սահմանի վրա առանց որևէ խնդիր առաջացնելու մաքսազերծել են:
Խնդիրները սկսվել են դրանից հետո:
Ըստ լուրերի, արդեն Հայաստանում ներկրողներին են մոտեցել ինչ-որ մարդիկ, առաջարկել վճարել ամբողջ ապրանքի, մաքսազերծման և ենթադրվող եկամուտի ողջ գումարը, ինչից հետո բարի խորհուրդ են տվել այլևս մոռանալ այդ ապրանքը ներկրելու մասին:
Հիմա վարչապետի ասածը, ըստ լուրերի, աշխատում է, բայց առաջացել է նոր մեխանիզմ՝ վախացնել ներկրողներին և այդ ձևով կրկին պահպանել մոնոպոլիաները:
Այստեղ մի քանի հարց է առաջանում, որոնցից միայն մեկի վրա են ուզում հրավիրել ուշադրություն. որտեղի՞ց են այդ մարդիկ իմանում, թե ով ինչ ապրանք է ներկրում Հայաստան: Ամենահավանական տարբերակն այն է, որ մաքսային մարմիններից են նրանց տեղեկացնում, որ այսինչ մարդը /գրանցման հասցե, անձնագրի տվյալներ/ այսինչ մեքենայով այսինչ օրը ներկրել է այս քանակությամբ այսինչ ապրանքը:
Հնարավո՞ր չէ մաքսային մարմիններին պարտադրել գաղտնի պահել ներկրվող ապրանքների և ներկրողների տվյալները:
