Ներմուծումն աճել է 4.8%-ով

Մաքսային ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներն ու թերությունները մշտապես եղել են պետության ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Դրանք կարճաժամկետում լուծելը մի փոքր իրատեսական չէ, քանի որ խնդիրները պայմանավորված բազմաթիվ օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ հանգամանքներով: Նախկինում մաքսայինում բարդ ընթացակարգերից խուսափելու համար շատերն իրենց ապրանքների մաքսազերծումն իրականացնում էին ԵՏՄ անդամ այլ երկրներում: Ինչու այնտեղ, որովհետև խաղի կանոններն ավելի հստակ էին ու տնտեսվարողի համար ավելի շահավետ էր: Սա խնդիր էր, որը ակնկալում էր հստակ լուծումներ: Հիմնական խանգարող հանգամանքը հսկիչ գներն էին:
Նոր կառավարությունը գնում է հսկիչ գների աստիճանական վերացման, ինչն առավել պարզ ու հստակ է դարձնում դաշտը: Սրանից կախված՝ նվազում է կոռուպցիոն բարձր ռիսկերը: Ենթադրելի էր, որ այս գործընթացը որոշակիորեն ազդելու է ներմուծման ցուցանիշների վրա: Եվ ահա ԱՎԾ հայտնած տվյալների համաձայն՝ ներմուծումը հոկտեմբերին ակտիվացել է՝ գրանցելով 4,8% աճ: Արտահանումը հունվար-հոկտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածի ընթացքում աճել է՝ 19,8%-ով, որը պայմանավորված է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ պատրաստի սննդի արտադրանքի, թանկարժեք և կիսաթանկարժեք քարերի, թանկարժեք մետաղների և դրանցից իրերի, բուսական ծագման արտադրանքի և մանածագործական իրերի ծավալների բարձր աճով:
Հսկիչ գների վերանայումից հետո տնտեսվարողները կրկին մաքսազերծման գործընթացն իրականացնում են Հայաստանում: Այսինքն՝ ներմուծման ցուցանիշների աճը կարելի է պայմանավորել հենց այս հանգամանքով: Չի բացառվում նաև, որ այս աճի միտումը պայմանավորված է ստվերի կրճատման հետ: Վերջում նաև ավելացնենք, որ այս պահին հստակ է, թե որ երկրներից ներմուծելու դեպքում է սահմանվելու հսկիչ գներ:
Հսկիչ գների վերացում-ներմուծման աճ կապը դեռ հոկտեմբերի համար է տեսանելի, և միայն որոշ ժամանակ անց կարող ենք հստակ տեսնել, թե ինչ ունեցանք մեխանիզմի ներդրման հետևանքով:
