Գազային «դոպինգ» ՀՀ տնտեսությանը

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2017 թվականի փետրվարի մեկից էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագները նվազելու են: Այս նորությունը կարող է լուծել տնտեսական մի շարք խնդիրներ և լրացուցիչ «դոպինգ» դառնալ ՀՀ տնտեսության համար հետևյալ պատճառներով:
Գազի սակագնի նվազեցումը կհանգեցնի ներքին արտադրության ծախսերի կրճատմանը, ինչը կարող է նպաստել ապրանքների ինքնարժեքի իջեցմանը։ Այս իրավիճակում կարելի է ակնկալել մրցունակության բարձրացում թե՛ ներքին, և թե՛ արտաքին շուկաներում: Երկրորդի դեպքում այն ուղակիորեն կարող է ազդել արտահանման ծավալների ավելացման վրա:
Ներքին շուկայի դեպքում գազի սակագնի նվազեցումը կնպաստի ոչ միայն կոմունալ վճարումների տեսանկյունից բնակչության ֆինանսական բեռի թեթևացմանը, այլ նաև կազդի ընթացիկ ապրանքների հնարավորինս մատչելի ձեռքբերման վրա: Ընդանուր առմամբ սպառողները կտնտեսեն տարեկան շուրջ 30 մլն դոլար։
Էներգակիրների էժանացումը կարևոր դեր կունենա հատկապես ջերմոցային տնտեսության և վերամշակմամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունների գործունեության վրա։ Գազի սակագնի արտոնյալ սակագներից կօգտվեն պահածոներ, խմիչքներ և կաթնամթերք արտադրողները։
Կարծում եմ ակնհայտ է, որ վերը նշված երեք ապրանքատեսակները, որոնք ՀՀ-ից արտահանվող արտադրանքի թոփ ցուցակում են կդառնան առավել պահանջված միջազգային շուկայում և կնպաստեն արտահանման ծավալների ավելացմանը:
