Հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորամիավորումը չի վերաբերում ԼՂՀ-ին, ուստի որևէ կերպ չի ապահովում Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը

Հայկ Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այս օրերին Վիգեն Սարգսյանը և Սերգեյ Շոյգուն Մոսկվայում կստորագրեն միացյալ զորամիավորման մասին համաձայնագիրը։ Ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ասել է, թե միացյալ զորամիավորման հիմնական խնդիրն է՝ «ժամանակին բացահայտել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի դեմ ռազմական հարձակման նախապատրաստությունն ու նպաստել ՀՀ և ՌԴ ԶՈՒ-ի փոխգործակցության ամրապնդմանը»: Դե խոսքն այստեղ միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մասին է՝ առանց Արցախի Հանրապետության, որի վրա այս համաձայնագիրը չի տարածվում, այսինքն՝ ՌԴ-ի հետ հերթական անվտանգության փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրվելու, որը չի տարածվում Հայաստանին սպառնացող իրական վտանգների վրա։ Դե, ասենք, Ադրբեջանն էլ այլևս չի կրակի Տավուշի գյուղերի վրա, փոխարենը կշարունակի ինտենսիվ ռազմական ոտնձգությունները Արցախի նկատմամբ։ Իսկ այս հարցում մեզ այս համաձայնագիրը չի օգնելու։
Հիմա ուզում եմ հասկանալ, թե ՌԴ-ի ինչին է պետք միացյալ զորամիավորում ստեղծել իրենից կախված Հայաստանի հետ «Ռուսաստանի դեմ ռազմական հարձակման նախապատրաստություն բացահայտելու համար», իհարկե ոչ ավել բան, քան Հայաստանի ռազմական կախվածությունը մեծացնելն է։
Իսկ իրականում սա մեր անվտանգությանը ոչինչ չտվող հերթական թղթի կտորն է, որով դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների իմիտացիա են ստեղծում հասարակության համար։
