Միքայել Գրիգորյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Այսօր վարչապետի մոտ տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են վերջին երկու ամսում կատարած աշխատանքների հաշվետվությունը:
Գործադիրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ տարեկան հաշվետվության մեջ պետք է լինի այն ինչ ռեալ փոխվել է այս ժամանակահատվածում:

Շատ կարևոր է քննարկման դնել ցանկացած խելամիտ առաջարկություն: “Թեժ գծի” և “հետադարձ կապի” ներդրումից առաջարկների քանակը կտրուկ աճ է գրանցել:
“Հետադարձ կապ” Կառավարության նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կառավարության ոլորտային պատասխանատուները ստացել են շուրջ 5 հազար զանգ և մոտ 2 հազար հաղորդագրություն: Այդ զանգերը և հաղորդագրությունները բազմաբովանդակ են և վերաբերվում են տարբեր ոլորտների:
Այս ցուցանիշները տեսնելուց հետո կարծում եմ կարելի է փաստել, որ Կառավարության այս նախաձեռնությունները ողջունելի են հասարակության կողմից և ընդունելի են նունիսկ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների համար(իհարկե ոչ բոլոր):
Կարծում եմ այս տարվա հաշվետվությունը հանրայնացման տեսանկյունից աննախադեպ է լինելու: Աշխարհում արդյունավետ կառավարման բոլոր համակարգերը բաց են և թափանցիկ, հնարավոր չէ համագործակցել հասարակության հետ եթե կառավարման համակարգը թափանցիկ չէ:

Հանրային վստահությունը հենց բաց և թափանցիկ համակարգի առկայության արդյունքում է ձևավորվում և այսօր մենք այդ համակարգը կատարելագործելու ճանապարհին ենք:
