Աշոտ Ասատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովը ոչ միայն գիտելիքներով և փորձով չի համապատասխանում իր պաշտոնին, այլ նաև չունի հասարակ հարգանք սեփական երկրի ու դրա դրոշի հանդեպ:
Արդեն քանի անգամ է հանդիպումների պաշտոնական լուսանկարման ժամանակ այս գեներալի ուսադիրներով ծերուկը մեկ քայլ հեռու է կանգնում ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարարներից: Մեկ տարի առաջ և մեկ օր առաջ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումների լուսանկարներն են: Փոխվել են ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարարները, բայց չեն փոխվել անկիրթ ու սեփական երկիրը չհարգող նախարար Հասանովի երեխայական կապրիզները:
Մի կողմ դնենք պատերազմը, սահմանային լարված իրավիճակը, մի խոսքով՝ ամեն բան մի կողմ դնենք, այս քայլով ոչ մի նորմալ մարդ չի կարող հիանալ, նույնիսկ Իլհամ Ալիևի համար այս քայլը պետք է վիրավորական լինի, քանի որ սեփական բանակի հրամանատարը, երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարը, ուղղակի թողել է երկրի դրոշը ու նրանից հեռու կանգնել: Սա վիրավորանք է ոչ թե մեր կամ ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարարի հասցեին, այլ Ադրբեջանի ու ադրբեջանցիների հասցեին, քանի որ մենք դրանից վնաս չունեցանք, ուղղակի Ադրբեջանի պետական դրոշի դիմացը մարդ չկանգնեց ու այն հայտնվեց երկու մարդկանց արանքում՝ «անտեր ու դուրս»:
Պաշտոնական հանդիպումների ժամանակ նույնիսկ Իլհամ Ալիևը իրեն այսպես երեխայավարի չի պահում, նորմալ լուսանկարվում է ու ավելորդություններ թույլ չի տալիս, բայց այ Զաքիր Հասանովը թքած ունի Ադրբեջանի դրոշի վրա, այն դրոշի վրա, որը իբրև պաշտպանում է սեփական բանակով: Չնայած ինչ պետք է սպասել մի սպայից, ով Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ թողել է իրեն ենթարկվողը զորքին ու Վիլիսով փախել դեպի Բաքու, տարիները անցել են, բայց սովորությունը մնացել է:
