19.8 տոկոսանոց աճ արտահաման ոլորտում

Ներկայիս գլոբալ շուկայական հարաբերությունների պայմաններում ցանկացած երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման համար շատ կարևոր են արտաքին կապերը: Հայաստանը այս ոլորտում գտնվում է առավել բարդ իրավիճակում՝ հաշվի առնելով հարևան երկրների հետ հարաբերությունները: Չնայած այս ամենին ՀՀ-ից արտահանումն այս տարվա ընթացքում բավականին բարձր տեմպով է աճում: Մասնավորապես հունվար-հոկտեմբերի ամիսների ընթացքում աճը կազմել է 19,8 տոկոս, իսկ գումարային առումով արտահանման ծավալները կազմել են 1 մլրդ 453 մլն դոլար 2015-ի առաջին 10 ամիսների 1 մլրդ 213 մլն դոլարի դիմաց:
Ուսումնասիրելով առկա տվյալները՝ կարելի է նկատել, որ զգալիորեն՝ 84,9 կամ շուրջ 132 մլն դոլարով տոկոսով աճել է թանկարժեք և կիսաթանկարժեք քարեր, թանկարժեք մետաղներ և դրանցից պատրաստված իրերի (ոսկերչական արտադրանքի) արտահանումը, պատրաստի սննդի արտահանումը աճել ՝ 28,3 տոկոսով կամ մոտ 73 մլն դոլարով, մանածագործական իրերի (թեթեւ արդյունաբերական արտադրանք) արտահանումը՝ 39,4 տոկոսով կամ 22 մլն դոլարով, սարքերի և ապարատներին արտահանումը՝ 35 տոկոսով կամ 7 մլն դոլարով:
Այս տվյալներից բացի՝ առկա են նաև բացասական թվեր՝ կապված մեր արտահանման երկու այլ խոշոր ուղղությունների՝ հանքահումքային արտադրանք և ոչ թանկարժեք մետաղներ և դրանցից պատրաստված իրերի հետ, որտեղ արտահանման ծավալներն ակնում են ապրել՝ պայմանավորված մետաղների, մասնավորապես պղնձի միջազգային գների անկմամբ: Բայց, բարեբախտաբար, հոկտեմբերի վերջից նոյեմբերի սկզբից միջազգային շուկայում նկատվում է պղնձի գների կտրուկ աճ՝ հասնելով 1 տոննայի դիմաց 5700-5800 դոլարի սահմաններին: Աճը կազմում է ավելի քան 20 տոկոս: Այտեղից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ տարվա վերջին երկու ամիսներին վերոնշյալ երկու ճյուղերի արտադրանքի արտահանման գումարային արժեքը նկատելիորեն կավելանա՝ տարեկան ցուցանիշը հասցնելով առնվազն նախորդ տարվա մակարդակին:
