Արման Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել պատասխանել ֆեյսբուքյան օգատերերի հարցերին։ Վաղը՝ դեկտեմբերի 3-ին, վարչապետը մասնակցելու է Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության 110 ամյակի միջոցառումների շրջանակներում կազմակերպվելիք քննարկմանը: Թեման Հայաստանի երկարաժամկետ սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացումն է լինելու:
Այն, որ Կարապետյանը փորձում է հնարավորինս մոտ գտնվել հանրությանը, փորձել ապահովել փոխադարձ կապ ու չպարփակվել իր կաբինետում՝ բավարարվելով օգնականների ու խորհրդականների զեկույցներով, լավ է։ Սակայն ակնհայտ է նաև մի բան, որ նա խուսափում է լրագրողների հետ դեմ հանդիման հանդիպումներից ու նախընտրում է սոցիալական կայքերի միջոցով հարցերին պատասխանել։ Տարբերություն առաջին հայացքից չկա, ի վերջո նույն հարցը կարելի է ձևակերպել և Ֆեյսբուքի միջոցով տալ վարչապետին, վերջինս էլ չպատասխանելու որևէ ձև չունի ու պիտի պատասխանի՝ անկախ նրանից՝ հարցը իրեն դուր է գալիս, թե ոչ։ Եթե վերջինս առհասարակ խուսափեր լրագրողներից, հարց ու պատասխանից, կարելի էր նրան մեղադրել հերթական բյուրոկրատական պաշտոնյա լինելու մեջ ու քննադատության թիրախ դարձնել։ Սակայն այս դեպքում մեղավորությունը միայն Կարապետյանինը չէ։ Ի վերջո վերջինս մեղավոր չէ, երբ մեր լրագրողները իր երեսը տեսնելիս քիչ է մնում հարցնեն, թե ինչ է կերել վարչապետը առավոտյան նախաճաշին, նախընտրում է ձեթ, թե յուղ, ֆուտբոլ, թե բոքս, շիկահեր կանանց, թե սև մազերով։ Այսինքն՝ լրագրողներին կարելի է պլինտուսի մակարդակից ցածր հարցեր ուղղել պաշտոնյային, իսկ պաշտոնյան իրավունք չունի գոնե նեղսրտել այդ հարցերից ու փոխանակ լրագրողներին դիտարկի որպես իր գործի կարևոր ատրիբուտ ու հանրության հետ կոնտակտ ապահովելու գլխավոր գործիքակազմ, հնարավորին չափով խուսափի դրանից։ Սա, իհարկե, դրական երևույթ չէ ու նախևառաջ մտածելու նյութ՝ լրագրողների համար։
