Ստեփան Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ մոտ ժամանակներս պատերազմ չի սկսի Արցախում, այլ կսպասի, որ Հայաստանը դատարկվի բնակչությունից, իսկ Ադրբեջանը դառնա 10 միլիոն և ավելի, որից հետո կվերկանգնի պատմական արդարությունը և Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանը (ներկայիս Հայաստանը) կմիավորվի Ադրբեջանի հետ: Ինչ որ ասում է Ալիևը, բավականին տրամաբանական է և հեռու չէ իրականությունից, եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը ևս մի քանի տարի կարողանա պահել իշխանությունը: 
Բայց մեզ ուրիշ հարց է հետաքրքրում, թե ինչու է հենց հիմա նա նման հայտարարություն անում, որի մեխը այն է, որ մոտ ժամանակներս չի պատրաստվում պատերազմական գործողություններ սկսել:
Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի միջև կարևոր առևտուր է գնում և ըստ հավանականության՝ որոշ պայմանավորվածությունների են հանգել: Ստամբուլում Լավրովը հանդիպել է Չավուշօղլուի հետ, որից հետո Չավուշօղլուն շտապ եկավ Բաքու և հանդիպեց Ալիևի հետ: Կարճ ժամանակ անց Ալիևը իր «խաղաղասիրական» հայտարարություն արեց:


Ըստ հավանականության՝ հետևյալ պայմանավորվածություններին են հանգել. Սիրիայի քրդերին ռուսները մատաղ են տանում, Սիրիայում թուրքերը անվտանգության գոտի են ստեղծում, որպեսզի թույլ չտան քրդերին` Թուրքիայի և Սիրիայի, ընդհանուր շփման գիծ ունենան, ինչը խիստ կենսական է Էրդողանի համար: 
Դիմացը ռուսները ոնց որ երկու բան են պահանջել` Ղարաբաղում հանգիստ լինի վիճակը, և Թուրքիայում Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի հանդիսացող իսլամիստների դեմ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկվեն, և գուցե Ռուսաստանի տարածքում գործողների վերաբերյալ ինֆորմացիա տրամադրի Թուրքիան:
