Արամյանցի դղյակը՝ փրկությանն ընդառաջ

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Օրեր առաջ արդեն անդրադարձել եմ Ախթալայում գտնվող թիֆլիսահայ բարերար Միքայել Արամյանցի` նախորդ դարսկզբին կառուցված փառահեղ դղյակի կործանման մասին, սա մի շինություն է, որի նման երկրորդը չկա ՀՀ տարածքում, այդ թվում՝ իր պահպանված վիճակով: Արդեն նշել եմ, թե ինչ աղետալի վիճակում է դղյակը գտնվում, և պատկան մարմինները պետք է հնարավոր ամեն քայլ ձեռնարկեն խնդրի հրատապ կարգավորման համար:
Այս առիթով մի խումբ մտավորականներ անգամ դիմել էին գործադիրի ղեկավարին, ով, ի դեպ, մեկօրյա կտրվածքով արձագանքել էր խնդրին:
Նախօրեին պարզ դարձավ, որ դղյակի ճակատագիրը կարող է պարզ դառնալ դեկտեմբերի 15-ին: Այդ օրը վերջնաժամկետն է, որ ՀՀ մշակույթի և տարածքային կառավարման ու զարգացման նախարարությունները և Կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեն պետք է առաջարկություններ ներկայացնեն ՀՀ վարչապետին՝ դղյակի փլուզման հարցին դրական լուծում տալու համար:
Նշեմ, որ շենքը գրավադրված է բանկում, կալանքի տակ է, պետք է նախարարություններն առաջարկ ներկայացնեն՝ այդ հարցին դրական լուծում տալու նպատակով: Դրական լուծումը կարող է լինել գերակա հանրային շահ ճանաչելը: Դրանից հետո նախատեսվում է կատարել վերանորոգումն աշխատանքներ:
Եվս մի քանի խոսք դղյակի մասին. Ախթալայի աշխարհագրական դիրքը բավականին հարմար է և նպաստավոր ակտիվ հանգիստ անցկացնելու համար, բացի դրանից՝ բավականին հարմար է կլիմայաբուժության, արևաբուժության և հատկապես յոգա կազմակերպելու համար:
Արամյանցն իր եվրոպացի մասնագետների խորհուրդով է ընտրել հենց այդ նպաստավոր տեղանքը դղյակի համար. շուրջբոլորը վեհաշուք բնապատկերներ են և առանձնահատուկ մաքուր օդ:
Մի առիթով Արամյանցը նշել է. «Ես ու Ալեքսանդրը (ի նկատի ունի մեծ բարեգործ Ալեքսանդր Մանթաշյանցին) ապրում ենք Թիֆլիսում, գումար աշխատում Բաքվում, իսկ հանգստանում՝ Ախթալայում»:
Թիֆլիսից բարեգործների հետ հաճախ Ախթալայի դղյակ էին ժամանում և իրենց ակտիվ հանգիստը վայելում Թումանյանն ու Շիրվանզադեն, Շալյապինն ու Մեյելխոլդը, Խրիմյան Հայրիկն ու Բաշինջաղյանը:
