Հալեպում ընթացող զարգացումներն այլ դիտանկյունից

Հալեպում ծավալվող ռազմագործողությունները հատկապես վերջին մի քանի օրերին բավական ակտիվորեն զուգորդվում էին նաև դիվանագիտական, քարոզչական հարթություններում թեժ դիմակայությամբ: Քաղաքական հարթակում ակտիվ «փոխհրաձգություն» է ընթանում մի կողմից Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Սիրիայի, մյուս կողմից՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, եվրոպական մի շարք երկրների, Թուրքիայի, Պարսից ծոցի արաբական միապետությունների, նաև մի շարք միջազգային կառույցների տարբեր աստիճանի պաշտոնյաների և ներկայացուցիչների միջև: Հիմնական թեմատիկան՝ փոխադարձ մեղադրանքները. համապատասխանաբար՝ միջազգային ահաբեկչությանը ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունն՝ ընդդեմ մարդասիրական նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումներից ընդհուպ մինչև Հալեպի խաղաղ բնակչության ցեղասպանություն:
Քաղաքական դաշտում շրջանառվող թեմատիկան ուղղակիորեն արտացոլվում է նաև քարոզչադաշտում: Սիրիական կառավարամետ և արտասահմանյան պրոասադական քարոզչամեքենան ներկայացնում է Հալեպի հաղթանակը ցնծացող բնակչության տոնական տրամադրությունները, հակառակորդ ճամբարը՝ տրամագծորեն հակառակ պատկերը:
Վերջին ուղղությունից մի վառ օրինակ՝ «Ալ-Արաբիա» համաարաբական լրատվամիջոցի անդրադարձներից: Նմանատիպ բազմաթիվ հրապարակումների հիմնական թեզը սիրիական բանակի զինծառայողների և նրանց դաշնակից տարաբնույթ խմբավորումների զինյալների կողմից Հալեպի ազատագրված շրջաններում գերևարված ընդդիմադիր զինյալների և նրանց ընտանիքների հանդեպ իրականացվող հաշվեհարդարն է: Այս դեպքում, հրապարակման սյուժեն կառուցված է ընդդիմադիրների հետ առնչություն ունեցող մի աղջկա ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման շուրջ, ըստ որի՝ աղջիկը դիմում է հանրությանը՝ փորձելով արդարացնել սեփական վարքն առ այն, որ նախընտրում է ինքնասպան լինել, քան արժանանալ նույն ճակատագրին, ինչ հազարավոր բախտակիցներ՝ ենթարկվել զանգվածային բռնաբարության, խոշտանգվել, սպանվել...
Ինչ խոսք, մարդասիրությունն ու ռազմական գործողությունները օրինաչափորեն զուգահեռվում են բացառապես միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքին առնչվող փաստաթղթերում, բայց ոչ բնավ ռազմադաշտում:
Պատերազմի, ցանկացած մասշտաբի զինված հակամարտությունների ընթացքում վայրագությունները բնական են և անխուսափելի, համեմատական են ընդամենը կիրառված դաժանության չափն ու դրա դրսևորումները, իսկ դրանց ճշմարիտ կամ մտացածին տարածումը միտված է աշխարհում հանրային կարծիքի ձևավորմանը...
Քարոզչական ճակատամարտերը սերտորեն կապված են ռազմադաշտում ծավալվող գործընթացների հետ, մինչդեռ հաճախ դրանք արձանագրում են տրամագծորեն հակառակ արդյունքներ, քան բուն ռազմագործողությունների ընթացքը: Թեպետ, ի վերջո, ինչպես պատմությամբ է ապացուցվել՝ հաղթողը մեկն է՝ դա պատերազմում հաղթողն է, իսկ հաղթողին չեն դատում...
Հալեպում Բաշար ալ-Ասադը հաղթում է ռազմաճակատում, մինչդեռ ջախջախվում «քարոզչաճակատում»: Հալեպն ընդամենը ճակատամարտերից մեկն էր, իսկ սիրիական պատերազմը դեռ ընթանում է:
