Ռուսաստանյան «Հինգերորդ Ալիք» հեռուստաընկերությամբ հեռարձակվող «Արդարության պահը» հաղորդաշարի հեղինակ և վարող Անդրեյ Կառաուլովը այս տարվա վերջին իր հաղորդմանը անդրադարձել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վ.Վ.Պուտինի դեմ իրականացված մահափորձերին, որոնց մասին թե՛ ՌԴ-ի քաղաքցիները, թե՛ օտերերկրացիները շատ քիչ են տեղեկացված: Ըստ Կառաուլովի 1999 թ-ից սկսած հայտնի է Պուտինի դեմ իրականացված վեց մահափորձերի մասին: Հաղորդման հեղինակը նաև անդրադարձել է 2002 թ-ի հունվարին ՌԴ նախագահ Վ.Պուտինի դեմ Բաքվում կազմակերպված մահափորձի մասին: Պուտինի դեմ մահափորձն, ըստ ադրբեջանական անվտանգության աշխատակիցների կազմակերպել էր Իրաքի քաղաքցի Քենան Ահմեդ Ռուստամովը, ով միևնույն ժամանակ տարբեր անուններովել է հայտնի..Ռուստամովն իր ահաբեկչական գուծունեությունը թրծել է Աֆղանստանում և Չեչնիայում: Կառաուլովը նաև ասել է, որ Պուտինի դեմ մահափորձի հեղինակը մինչև հիմա բանտում է, որը գտնվում է Բաքվից 42 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա: Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ Կառաուլովը դժգոհում է, որ մինչև հիմա ոչ մի լրագրող հացազրույց չի վերցրել ադրբեջանական բանտում իր պատիժը կրող այդ հանցագործից: Ըստ իս, շատ տեղին դիտողություն է: Բայց ազերիները կցանկանա՞ն, որ որևէ մեկը հանդիպի Ռուստամովին: Չէ որ Իլհամ Ալիևը ցանկանում է այդ իրադարձություններն այնպես մատուցել, որ Վ.Պուտինը իր կյանքով պարտական է Հեյդար Ալիևին և Ադրբեջանին: Այդ հանգամանքը հաշվի առնելով ես կասկածում եմ, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն թույլ տա որևէ լրագրողի հարցազրույց վերցնել Քենան Ահմեդ Ռուստամովից, ով կարող է շատ տհաճ բաներ բացահայտել Իլհամի հոր, ազերիների հայր՝ Հեյդար Ալիևի մասին: 
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Չեչենական առաջին (11 դեկտեմբերի 1994 թ.-31 օգոստոսի 1996 թ.) և երկրորդ (7 օգոստոսի 1999 թ.-15 ապրիլի 2009 թ.) պատերազմների ժամանակ Ադրբեջանը համարվում էր չեչեն ահաբեկիչների և նրանց աջակցող ուժերի կենտրոնատեղի: Հեյդար Ալիևը չեչենների պայքարը Մոսկվայի դեմ համարում էր ազգային ազատագրական պատերազմ: Չեչեն ահաբեկիչների և ադրբեջանցիների ընկերությունը և համագործակցությունը սկսվել էր դեռ Արցախյան գոյամարտի տարիներին, երբ հայտնի չեչեն ահաբեկիչներ Ռադուևը, Բասաևը և այլն բավական ակտիվ մասնակցում էին արցախահայերի դեմ Բաքվի սանձազերծած պատերազմում: Դրան ի պատասխան և միևնույն ժամանակ Ռուսաստանին հայերին իբրև թե օգնելու համար պատժելու նպատակով Հեյդար Ալիևն Ադրբեջանը դարձրել էր Հարավային Կովկասում ամեն տեսակ թափթփուկ ահաբեկիչների ֆորպոստ: Ու զարմանալի չէ, որ ահաբեկիչների դրախտավայր Բաքվում են ցանկացել սպանել Պուտինին: 

Իսկ ավելի հավանական եմ համարում, որ այդ մահափորձի թիկունքում կանգնած լինեն հենց ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները, որոնք այն բացահայտելով հաճոյանում էին Մոսկվային և հատկապես Պուտինին: Սակայն ազերիների առաջնորդ, ԿԳԲ-շնին Հեյդար Ալիևը չպետք է մոռանար, որ իր դիմաց ոչ թե «հասարակ» նախագահ է, այլ իր երիտասարդ «կոլեգան» է, ով շատ լավ հասկանում է, թե ով իրականում կարող էր կանգնած լինել այդ «բացահայտված» մահափորձի հետևում: 
Հ.Գ. Տեսնես ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ երեք տարին մեկ ռուսաստանյան ինչ-որ հեռուստաալիք հիշում է Բաքվի մահափորձի մասին:
