Ադրբեջանի «Լոկալ հաղթանակի» փորձը ձախողվեց

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մի քանի անգամ առիթ ունեցել եմ նշելու, որ այս փուլում Ադրբեջանը փորձելու է իր մարտավարությունը կառուցել «լոկալ հաղթանակների» սկզբունքի հիման վրա:
Ի դեպ, սրա մասին իր ելույթներից մեկում ուղիղ խոսքով հայտարարել է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահը, ով մեզ «նոր լելե-թեփեներ» էր խոստանում: Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունն իր երկրի ներսում սպառել է 2 տասնամյակ չարչրկվող, դրոշակ դարձաց այն թեզը, թե՝ ինչ ճանապարհով էլ լինի, վաղ թե ուշ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի կազմում է լինելու:
Ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններն այս թեզը վերջնականորեն տապալեցին. Ադրբեջանն իր առջև դրված թիվ մեկ խնդիրը ձախողեց, իսկ այդ խնդիրը Արցախի հարցի ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծումն էր:
Նոր տակտիկական մոտեցումը հետևյալն է. մեծ ուժերի ներգրավվմամբ վերահսկողություն սահմանել թեկուզ 100 քառակուսի տարածքի վրա, նույնիսկ եթե դա չեզոք գոտում է, ապա դա ձևակերպել որպես «հաղթանակ», հանրությանը մատուցել որպես Արցախը՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում ընդգրկելու գործընթաց կամ այդ ճանապարհին գրանցված «շոշափելի» արդյունք:
Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությունից հետո, Ադրբեջանը վերոնշյալ նպատակով մի քանի փորձ կատարեց ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական զորքերի շփման գծի մի քանի ուղղություններով, սակայն դրանք կանխվեցին, հերթական փորձը Տավուշի ուղղությամբ տեղակայված մարտական հենակետերի ուղղությամբ է:
Այս օպերացիան ոչ միայն ձախողվեց, այլ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին՝ երկրի համար այս բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում (սոցիալ տնտեսական, ներքաղաքական) բավականին վատ դրության մեջ դրեց:
