Նախապես ասեմ,որ ո՛չ արևմտամետ եմ,ո՛չ էլ հյուսիսամետ...ՀԱՅԱՄԵՏ եմ...
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժայի հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի կապակցությամբ արված մեկնաբանությունը որոշ մարդկանց մոտ մեծ ցնծություն է առաջացրել...Զարմանում եմ,թե ինչի՞ վրա են ուրախացել...ՀԱՊԿ-ն նախազգուշացրել,թե սպառնացել է Ադրբեջանին,որ Հայաստանի դեմ կազմակերպված դիվերսիաների հետևանքները շատ ծանր են լինելու Բաքվի համար...Սա ընդամենը մի անատամ ու ոչինչ չասող հայտարաություն է,որն Ադրբեջանը "լսում" է որերրորդ անգամ և արդեն ունի ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեմ իմունիտետ...Ռազմա-քաղաքական խմբավորումը ՆԱՏՕ-ն է,որն անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերին ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կտրուկ վատթարացման ժամանակ շատ խիստ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ և սպառնաց Մոսկվային չափը չանցնել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններում...Հենց դա զսպեց ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինին...Սա՛ է ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը,սա՛ է համագործակցությունը...ՆԱՏՕ-ն հզոր է նրանով,որ Թուրքիային ատող Հունաստանը,թուրքերին չսիրող շատ եվրոպական երկրներ ամեն ինչ կողքի դրած կանգնեցին Անկարայի կողքին,երբ վերջինսիս սպառնում էր "ռուսական արջը"...Իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք մենք...Ինչ-որ գործընկերների՝ի դեմս Բելառուսի և Ղազախստանի,որոնք արդեն չեն էլ թաքցնում իրենց հակահայ քաղաքականությունը,արդեն երկրորդ անգամ թույլ չեն տալիս,որ ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը ստանձնի ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարի պաշտոնը...Որևորդ անգամ են Ադրբեջանի դիվերսիոն խմբերը խախտում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը,որն ի դեպ ստանձնել է պաշտպանել ՀԱՊԿ-ն ու "ձայն բարբառո հանապատի"...Բացի անիմաստ և խոսքից գործի չանցնող հայտարարություններից այն կողմ ՀԱՊԿ-ն բան չի անում...
Ի՞սկ որտեղ է Ռուսաստանը,որի նախագահ Դ.Մեդվեդևը 2010 թ. օգոստոսին Հայաստան այցելության ժամանակ ստորագրվեց N5 արձանագրությունը՝ 1995թ. հայ-ռուսական պայմանագրի ժամկետի երկարաձգման մասին,որի կետերից մեկի համաձայն ՌԴ-ն ՊԱՐՏԱՎՈՐՎՈՒՄ է պաշտպանել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի սահմանները Թուրքիայի և Իրանի,այլև Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի հետ...Հետաքրքիր է,թե ինչու՞ չի պաշտպանում...Թե՞ ռուսների համար Տավուշի մարզը ՀՀ տարածք չէ...
ՀԱՊԿ-ն չի կատարում իր ՍՏԱՆՁՆԱԾ պարտականությունները ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ,որը Երևանը պետք է օգտագործի և դուրս գա այդ կազմակերպությունից,որին ազերիները հեգնանքով "Պուտինյան ՆԱՏՕ" են անվանում...Իսկ այդ կազմակերպության "կնքահորն" էլ պետք է բացատրել,որ Հայաստանը ոչինչ չունի անելու այդ փուչիկ և իրենից ոչինչ չներկայացնող կազմակերպության մեջ,որն անհետևանք հայտարարություններից բացի ուրիշ ոչնչի ընդունակ չէ...Իսկ մենք կարող ենք հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների շրջանակում կարգավորել մեր հարաբերությունները,որոնցում բավական խնդիրներ են կուտակվել...Իսկ այդ խնդիրներից մեկը հենց հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի պահպանության հարցն է,որի վերաբերյալ ՌԴ-ն պարտականություններ ունի ՀՀ-ի հանդեպ...
Հ.Գ.Մոսկվայում շատ զարմացած են այն հանգամանքից,որ վերջին շրջանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունները Հայաստանում բավական աճել են...Այդ ամենում ռուսները մեղադրում են գրանտակեր ՀԿ-ներին,որոնք հովանավորվում են Արևմուտքից...Սակայն ամենամեծ հակառուսական տրամադրությունները Հայաստանում սերմանում են հենց նույն ռուսները...Վառ օրինակը՝ՀԱՊԿ-ն է՝ազերիների ասած "Պուտինյան ՆԱՏՕ"-ն,որի պատվի հետ հենց նույն ադրբեջանցիներն են ՄԻՏՈՒՄՆԱՎՈՐ խաղում՝հայերիս մոտ սերմանելով թերհավատություն և զզվանք մի կազմակերպության հանդեպ,որի անդամ է ՀՀ-ն և որի գործունեությունը ավելի շատ հակահայկական է...
