Կլեոպատրայի դիետան թույլ է տալիս օգտագործել ծովամթերքներ (ծովախեցգետին, օմար), ձուկ (տափակաձուկ, իշխան, սաղմոն), խաղող, սուրճ, ձկնկիթ, լորի ձու, ծնեբեկ, ցանկացած տեսակի միս, անանաս, ընկույզ, մեղր, գազար, ավոկադո, շոկոլադ, սնկեր, նեխուր, սոխ, սխտոր, ելակ, կոկոս, սպանախ, սեխ և լոլիկ:
Ուտելիք պատրաստելիս պետք է օգտագործել առավելագույն քանակի համեմունքներ: Ավելի օգտակար են հիլը, իմբիրը, ուրցը, դարչինը, գինձը, մշկընկույզը, վանիլը, պղպեղը, մեխակը, զաֆրանը, ծովաբողկը, խնկունին, մանանեխը, անանուխը, անիսոնը:
Կլեոպատրայի դիետան միակն է, որը չի բացառում ալկոհոլային խմիչքները: Սեքսուալ էներգիան վերականգնելու համար դիետայի ընթացքում գոնե շաբաթը մեկ կարելի է զուգընկերոջ համար կազմակերպել ռոմանտիկ հանդիպումներ:
Մեկ շիշ շամպայն՝ սեղանին. համարվում է, որ այն հատուկ ձևով է ազդում հոգեբանության վրա՝ այդպիսով մարդկային պարզ ցանկություններ առաջացնելով: Այն նաև առաջացնում է ինտիմ ասոցիացիաներ: Բայց պետք չէ չափն անցնել:

Արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո կիտրոնի հյութով մեկ բաժակ տաք ջուր խմեք: Մոտ կես ժամ անց՝ մեկ բաժակ թարմ քամած հյութ: Այն կարելի է փոխարինել ցանկացած մրգով՝ խաղողով, ելակով կամ կոկոսով:

Վարսակի շիլա՝ անյուղ կաթով և թարմ մրգերով: Ամեն օր վարսակի շիլայով նախաճաշել պետք չէ: Շաբաթը մի քանի անգամ այն կարելի է փոխարինել լորի ձվով:

Ցերեկվա մոտ ժամը 12-ին կարող եք օգտագործել թարմ բանջարեղեն, յոգուրտ կամ մեկ բաժակ տոմատի հյութ:

Բանջարեղենային աղցան, թեթև ապուր և անյուղ միս: Միսը կարելի է փոխարինել ձկով, ծովամթերքներով կամ հավի մսով:
Կեսօրից հետո թեթև նախաճաշիկ
Մի քիչ թարմ միրգ, ընկույզ կամ սովորական արևածաղիկ

Թարմ բանջարեղենով աղցան, անյուղ թռչնամիս կամ ձուկ: Քնելուց առաջ կարելի է մի քիչ թարմ միրգ ուտել:
