Ի՞նչ չի կարելի անել սիրելիի «մնաս բարով»-ից հետո

Եթե բաժանվել եք սիրելիից, բայց զգում եք, որ չեք կարող ապրել առանց նրա, պետք է հստակ հասկանաք մի բան’ եթե նա Ձեզ սիրում է, ուրեմն հետ կգա: Կա միայն մի «բայց»: Նրա հետ գալու համար Դուք պետք է զգույշ լինեք ու անմիջապես բաժանությունից հետո հիմարություններ թույլ չտաք: Ահա, թե մասնավորապես ինչ չի կարելի անել բաժանումից հետո:
1. Բաժանման պահի շուրջ մշտապես պտտվող մտքերն ու հեկեկոցները որևէ օգուտ չեն տա, այլ միայն կհասցնեն Ձեզ դեպրեսիայի: Իհարկե, պարզ է, որ առանց արցունքների էլ չի լինի, բայց ստիպեք Ձեզ և գոնե մեկ վայրկյան մտածեք, թե այդ ինչպես նա կարողացավ լքել Ձեզ պես գեղեցիկ, խելացի ու էլեգանտ կնոջը: Այս միտքը կսթափեցնի Ձեզ և կօգնի ճիշտ գործել:
2. Երբեք մի ասեք նրան. «Հետ արի. ես առանց քեզ չեմ կարող ապրել: Ես ամեն ինչ կներեմ…»: Ձեր անիմաստ ճիգերն ու ինքնազոհաբերումը նրա մոտ միայն խղճահարություն կառաջացնեն, բայց մի՞թե դա է ձեզ պետք: Մնացեք Ձեր բարձունքում:
3. Խուսափեք հիստերիայից ազատվելու այն ընդունված տարբերակից, երբ կանայք բաժանության հաջորդ իսկ պահին ողջ աշխարհին պատմում են դրա մասին’ ընթացքում վիրավորելով սիրելի տղամարդուն: Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան ստորացնել մարդուն: Եթե վարվեք այսպես, ապա համարեք, որ կորցրել եք նրան հավետ:
4. Եթե բաժանվել եք մեկ այլ կնոջ պատճառով, ապա վատագույն քայլը, որ կարող եք անել շարունակ այդ կնոջով հետաքրքրվելն է: Նախ, որպես կանոն, այդ կինը Ձեր նախկինի համար ինչ-որ բանով ավելի լավն է, քան Դուք, օրինակ, ավելի գեղեցիկ է, երիտասարդ կամ հաջողակ, իսկ դա արդեն իսկ վտանգում է Ձեր ինքնագնահատականը, որը սիրելիի հեռանալուց հետո առանց այդ էլ հազիվ է «ոտքի վրա կանգնում»: Անիմաստ ինֆորմացիա հավաքելով «թշնամու» առավելությունների մասին, Դուք միայն ոչնչացնում եք Ձեզ: Ավելի լավ է կենտրոնանաք, դառնաք ավելի լավը, քան երեկ ու փորձեք նորից գրավել Ձեր տղամարդու սիրտը: Կամ ուրիշ տղամարդու… Որոշումը Ձերն է:
