Առաջարկում ենք պարզել, թե ինչպիսին են ինքնասեր եւ ինքնավստահ կանայք։
Ինքնասեր եւ ինքնավստահ կինը չի փորձի ամեն վայրկյան հետեւել տղամարդուն եւ իր կողքին պահել նրան։ Նա չի կարող կախվածության մեջ լինել տղամարդունց։
Ինքնավստահ կինը երբեք չի վիրավորվի եւ չի պահանջի ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել իրեն։ Նա հասկանում է, որ նորմալ տղամարդը չի կարող օրը 24 ժամ մտածել կնոջ մասին։
Այսպիսի կինը երբեք չի մտածի, որ եթե տղամարդը վերադարձավ տուն եւ առանց իր հետ խոսելու պառկեց հեռուստացույց դիտելու, ուրեմն այլեւս իրեն չի սիրում։ Ինքնավստահ կայանք այնքան շատ գործ ունեն, որ նման մանրուքների վրա ուշադրություն դարձնելու ժամանակ չունեն։
Ինքնասեր կինը առաջին հերթին մտահոգվում է իր արտաքին տեսքի եւ տրամադրության համար։
Ինքնասեր կինը երբեք չի միջամտի մյուսների գործերին, քանի որ նրան միայն սեփական կյանք է հետաքրքրում։ Բայց հարկ եղած դեպքում նա պատրաստ է օգնել ու կարեկցել։
Այսպիսի կինը գիտի իր սահմանները եւ ոչ մեկին թույլ չի տա առանց իր ցանկության ներխուժել իր անձնական կյանք։
Միայն ինքնավստահ կանայք են ընդունում իրենց թերությունները եւ հասկանում, որ կատարյալ մարդիկ չեն լինում։ Սեփական անձի հանդեպ ունեցած սերն օգնում է նրանց ճանաչել իրենց «ես»-ը եւ գիտակցել նրանց հնարավորություններն ու պոտենցիալը եւ ընդունել իրենց այնպիսին, ինչպիսին նրանք կան։
Ինքնասեր կինը միշտ լսում է իր ներքին ձայնին եւ ներդաշնակ կյանքով է ապրում իր եւ իր շրջապատող աշխարհի հետ։
Ինքնավստահ կինը հարաբերություններում չի կորցնում իր դեմքը։
Ինքնասեր կինը միշտ հոգ կտանի իր մասին։ Նրա զգացմունքները, հույզերը միշտ վերսկսվում են։
Ինքնասիրությունը օգնում է այսպիսի կանանց ընդունել, տանել, հաղթահարել ցավը եւ առաջ շարժվել։
Ինքնավստահ կինը սպասել գիտի եւ քայլ կատարելուց առաջ նախընտրում է մտածել։
Ինքնասեր կինը երբեք հարաբերությունների չի սկսի միայն այն պատճառով, որ միայնակ է կամ սիրված լինելու ցանկություն ունի։ Նա տղամարդկանց մեջ գնահատում է նրանց մարդկային հատկանիշները, ունակությունները, հնարավորություններն ու պոտենցիալը։
Ինքնավստահ կինը տղամարդու հետ հարաբերություններում կամուրջ, ոչ թե պատ է ստեղծում։
Ինքնասեր կինը գիտի ներել եւ ոչ մեկի հանդեպ վիրավորանք չի կուտակում հոգու խորքում։
Այսպիսի կինը երբեք չի ամաչում իր զգացմունքներից։ Նա գիտի, թե ինչ կարող է տալ տղամարդուն, բայց չի շտապում անել դա։ Ավելին, նա իր զգացմունքները կարտահայտի միայն մի պարագայում՝ եթե լավ ճանաչում է տղամարդուն։
Ինքնավստահ կինը հանդիպումից հետո հարյուր անգամ չի փորձի վերհիշել հանդիպման մանրամասները, չի փորձի ենթադրել, թե ինչու տղամարդն այսպես ասաց կամ վարվեց։
Ինքնավստահ կնոջը ինքնահաստատման համար տղամարդ պետք չէ։ Նա երջանիկ է նաեւ առանց տղամարդու։ Նրա տրամադրությունը տղամարդու առկայությամբ կամ բացակայությամբ չէ պայմանավորված։
