Նուռը դանդաղեցնում է ծերացումը. Նոր ուսումնասիրություն

Ինչպես գիտենք, նուռը ոչ միայն համեղ է, այլեւ ունի մի շարք օգտակար հատկություններ: Թեև վաղուց է նուռը համարվում ծերությունը դանդաղեցնող մրգերից մեկը, սակայն այդ թեմայով լուրջ հետազոտություն արվել է միայն վերջերս` շվեյցարացի գիտնականների կողմից:
Ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում պարզվեց, որ նուռն ունի երիտասարդացնելու հատկություն: Այն պարունակում է մեծ քանակով հակաօքսիդանտներ, որոնք կանխում են օրգանիզմի վաղաժամ ծերացումը:
Գիտնականներին հաջողվել է նռան մեջ մոլեկուլ հայտնաբերել, որը փոխակերպվում է աղիների միկրոբների ներգործությամբ եւ մկանային բջիջներին հնարավորություն է տալիս պաշտպանվել ծերացման հիմանական պատճառներից: Այս ազդեցությունը լիովին հաստատվել է կլորորդերի եւ կրծողների վրա կատարված փորձերով: Մարդկանց մասնակցությամբ կլինիկական հետազոտություններ դեռեւս չեն կատարվել, բայց գիտնականները ծրագրում են մոտապագայում իրականացնել:
Շվեյցարացի գիտնականներին հաջողվել է հայտնաբերել այն մոլեկուլը՝ ուրոլիտին A, որը վերականգնում է բջջային միտոքոնդրիումների ինքնամաքրման ընդունակությունը: Դրա օգտագործումը բջջային որդերի շարքում նրանց կյանքի տեւողությունը 45 տոկոսով մեծացրել է: Մոլեկուլը տարեց մկներին ներարկելուց հետո վազքանիվի մեջ վարժությունների սպորտային ցուցանիշները 42 տոկոսով աճել են:
Նուռը նաև շատ օգտակար է սակավարյունության դեպքում: Արքայական միրգը օգտակար է նաեւ աղիների խնդիրներ ունեցողների համար: Դրա համար նռան չորացած, ապա աղացած կճեպներից մոտ 20 գրամ եռացնել մեկ բաժակ ջրով, թույլ կրակի վրա, ապա քամել ու խմել օրը երկու անգամ` երկու ճաշի գդալ չափաբաժնով:
Զարմանալիորեն նուռն օգտակար է նաեւ ականջի ու քթի հիվանդությունների համար: Այն նաեւ շատ օգտակար է անգինայի ժամանակ: Կոկորդը կարելի է ողողել նռան հյութով ու անպայաման թքել, երբեք կուլ չտալ:
Ուշադրություն՝ նռան հյութը հակացուցված է ստամոքսի խոցի, գաստրիտի ու ստամոքսահյութի բարձր թթվայնության դեպքում:
