Apple-ը թողարկեց iOS 9-ը, իսկ հետո դուրս եկավ iOS 9.0.1 թարմացումը, որը կարգավորեց որոշակի համակարգային թերություններ: Սակայն նոր օպերացիոն համակարգում առկա է առաջին հայացքից օգտակար, բայց գործնականում՝ խիստ վնասակար ֆունկցիա: Եթե Դուք չունեք առանց լիմիտների բջջային ինտերնետ, ապա կարող եք սկսել հսկայական ծախսերի տակ ընկնել:
Այն կոչվում է «Wi-Fi Assist» («Помощь Wi-Fi»՝ ОS-ի ռուսական տարբերակում) և ավտոմատ միացված է թարմացումից հետո: Այս ֆունկցիան ավտոմատ կերպով միացնում է Ձեր 3G-ն կամ 4G-ն, եթե iPhone-ը համարում է, որ Wi-Fi-ի արագությունն իրեն չի բավականեցնում:
Դա կարող է լինել ամենուր՝ գրասենյակում, կաֆեում, բարում և այլն: Կապի կետին մի քանի օգտատերեր կարող են միացած լինել, ու որպես հետևանք՝ Wi-Fi-ի արագությունը ցածր կլինի: Կարող է նաև լինել այնպես, որ տվյալ վայրում ի սկզբանե ADSL 2-4 մբ/վ կապ լինի, ու Ձեր սմարթֆոնն ավտոմատ կանցնի 3G-ի կամ էլ 4G-ի:
