1.Բարձրակրունկ կոշիկ
Շատ կանայք են նախընտրում բարձր կրունկներ կրել ամեն օր, մինչդեռ այն կարող է լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացնել` մեջքի ցավեր, արտրիտ եւ այլն: Ըստ մասնագետների` կրունկի օպտիմալ բարձրությունը 4 սմ-ն է:
2.Ծանր պայուսակներ
Գաջետների եւ աքսեսուարների թվի ավելացմամբ պայմանավորված` կանանց մեծ մասն ամեն օր մի քանի կգ կշռող պայուսակ է վերցնում: Նման «բեռնվածությունը» եւս կարող է մեջքի եւ վզի շրջանում ցավերի պատճառ դառնալ: Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս խուսափել ծանր պայուսակներից, իսկ եթե հնարավոր չէ, գոնե օգտագործել մի քանիսը` ծանրությունը կիսելու համար:

4.Բյուստգալտերի ոչ ճիշտ չափսը
Կանանց 70% -ը ոչ ճիշտ չափսի բյուստգալտեր է կրում: Դա կարող է առողջական բազմաթիվ խնդիրների պատճառ դառնալ, այդ թվում` մեջքի, վզի, կրծքի շրջանում ցավեր առաջացնել, վատացնել շնչառությունը, արյան շրջանառությունը եւ այլն:
5.Խնդիրներն «ուտելը»
Կանայք հակված են ուտել` տրամադրությունը բարձրացնելու կամ սթրեսից ազատվելու համար: Խորհուրդ է տրվում սնվելու փոխարեն այդ խնդիրները փորձել այլ ճանպարհով լուծել` շրջել խանութներում կամ դուրս գալ զբոսնելու:
6. Անքնություն
Միչիգանի համալսարանի մասնագետների կողմից անցկացված հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ կանայք երկու անգամ ավելի շատ են իրենց զրկում քնից, քան տղամարդիկ: Քնի պակասն ազդում է տրամադրության եւ արյան ճնշման վրա: Ուստի նորմալ քունը կարեւոր է:
7. Ինքն իրեն չսիրելը
Կանայք հաճախ են իրենց պահանջմունքները վերջին տեղ մղում` տնային հոգսերին ու պարտականություններին առաջնություն տալով: Սակայն չպետք է մոռանալ, որ պետք է սիրել ինքդ քեզ, ժամանակ հատկացնել խնամքի համար, եւ կարողանալ «ոչ» ասել, երբ ինչ-որ բան կնոջ սրտով չէ:
