Երևանում, Պրոսպեկտի ձկան խանութի անցումի կողքով անգամ անցնել չի լինում: Զուգարանի գարշահոտ ա անգամ անցումի կողքով անցնելիս, էնքան ահավոր, որ ուղղակի չռփում ա դեմքիդ:
Հիշեցնեմ, սա քաղաքի կենտրոնի անցումներից ա, գտնվում ա քաղաքապետարանից մի 100-150 մետր հեռավորության վրա:
Էս բացօթյան զուգարանը իմ համար էս պահին Երևանի դեմքն ա, Քաղաքապետարանի գեղեցիկ շենքի, կենտրոնական փողոցների անիմաստ ասֆալտապատման, ճռճռան ու ամպագորգոռ նախընտրական ելույթների, ճոռոմ ծրագրերի կողքին իրա չռփող, սթափեցնող գարշահոտով քեզ անմիջապես իրականություն վերադարձնող գործոն:
Ու էսպիսին ա Երևանը, մի կողմից կանաչ այգիներ, մյուս կողմից շինաղբով ու զզվելի կիսակառույց շենքերով լցված բացօթյա զիբիլանոց, մի կողմից նորակառույց շենքեր, մյուս կողմից՝ դրանց կողքին կարկատան տանիքներով ու մանսարդներով ծանրաբեռնված քրչոտ շենքեր, մի կողմից մոդեռն ոճի առևտրի կենտրոններ ներկայացնող անցումներ, մյուս կողմից քաքի հոտով բուրող զուգարան-անցումներ, որոնցով անցնելիս մեկը կարա նույնսիկ պատահաբար մեզի ոտքերիդ, որովհետև բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ էդ անցումը զուգարան ա, ոչ թե անցում, մի կողմից թանկարժեք շքեղ մեքենանար, մյուս կողմից զզվանք հարուցող ու քաղաքի դեմքը հանդիսացող գազելներ:
Մի խոսքով, Երևանը խառն ա, ոչ միանշանակ, մի կողմից սիրուն, մյուս կողմից մեծ աղբանոց, մի կողմից կանաչ, մյուս կողմից փոշի ու կեղտ, ու այս բոլորը համագոյակցում են մեկը մյուսին զզվելի աստիճան մոտ, իրար կպած, մեկը մյուսի մեջ մխրճված:
Ու երբ այդքանից հետո մեկը խոսում է Երևանի հազարամյա տարիքի, հին քաղաք լինելու և այլնի մասին, անկեղծ եմ ասում, ուզւոմ եմ ձեռքից բռնեմ տանեմ կենտրոնի զուգարան անցումներից մեկը, որ միամիտ մեկը շռի ոտին, ու ասեմ՝ էս ա ախպեր քո հազարամյա քաղաքի պերճանքն ու թշվառությունը:
Ու չկա քաղաքի ներդաշնակ, համընդհանուր զարգացման ծրագիր, չկա: Ծառ ու ծաղիկ տնկելով քաղաք չի զարգանում, եթե էդ ամեն ծառի ու ծաղկի հետևում բացօթյա զուգարան ա լինելու: Սիրուն ֆասադի հետևում եթե կղանք ու մեզ ա , ուրեմն վայ էդ սիրուն ֆասադը սարքողին ու մեր աչքը կոխողին:
