Ինչպես է ոստիկանությունը վնասազերծում քրեական հեղինակությունների դեմ մահափորձ նախապատրաստող անձանց (Video)

Ոստիկանությունը տեսանյութ է տարածել, որում երևում է, թե ինչպես են ոստիկանները վնասազերծում քրեական հեղինակություններ համարվող Վստրեչի Ապեր մականվամբ Արամ Վարդանյանի և երկար տարիներ Իտալիայում բնակվող և վերջերս Հայաստան վերադարձած Դոն Պիպո մականվամբ, էջմիածնեցի Արթուր Ասատրյանի դեմ մահափորձ նախապատրաստող անձանց:

 Ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրությունը ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ.

 «Ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության, կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր և Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունների ծառայողները վնասազերծման գործողությունն իրականացրին մայիսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում:
 Էջմիածնի բնակարաններից մեկում վնասազերծված տղամարդիկ կասկածվում են առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության՝ սպանություն նախապատրաստելու մեջ:

Ոստիկանների տեղեկություններով՝ այդ նպատակով էլ վարձակալել են այս տունը, նաև ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք են բերել զենք-զինամթերք՝ ձեռնամուխ լինելով սպանության նախապատրաստման գործողություններին: 

Ոստիկանության ծառայողների ջանքերով առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության կատարումը խափանվեց: 

Քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում, դատարանի որոշմամբ, տանտիրոջ և ընթերակաների ներկայությամբ, բնակարանը խուզարկվեց: Հայտնաբերվեց՝ երկու ինքնաձիգ, մեկ ատրճանակ, որոնց պահունակներում փամփուշտներ կային: 

Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության քրեագետները ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքը տեղում ենթարկեցին փորձաքրեագիտական մշակման: Քրեագիտական մշակման ենթարկվեցին ու առգրավվեցին հայտնաբերված բջջային հեռախոսները: Նաև այն իրերն ու առարկաները, որոնք քննության ընթացքում ապացուցողական նշանակություն կունենան: 

Ամբողջը փաթեթավորվեց՝ հետագա փորձաքննությունների համար: Վնասազերծված երեք տղամարդիկ, որոնց տվյալները նախաքննության շահերի պահպանումից ելնելով, չենք հրապարակում, բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչություն ու ձերբակալվել:
