¼ մանրացրած սխտոր, ¼ բաժակ աղացած կոճապղպեղ,
¼ մանրացրած սոխ, 2 ճաշի գդալ աղացած ծովաբողկ,
2 թարմ պղպեղ` հնարավորինս կծու, 700 մլ խնձորի քացախ,
2 ճաշի գդալ քրքումի փոշի:
Պատրաստման եղանակը: Անհրաժեշտ է խառնել բոլոր բաղադրիչները մեկ տարայի մեջ, բացի քացախից, ապա լցնել ապակյա տարայի մեջ, ավելացնել քացախը, մինչև խառնուրդը ծածկվի: Լավ կլինի, որ տարայի 2/3-ը կազմեն չոր բաղադրիչները, մնացածը` քացախը: Ապա պետք է փակել տարայի բերանը և լավ թափահարել: Ստացված խառնուրդը պետք է պահել զով ու չոր վայրում՝ 14 օր: Խորհուրդ է տրվում թափահարել օրական մի քանի անգամ: 2 շաբաթից կարելի է լավ քամել հեղուկը: Անհրաժեշտություն չկա տոնիկը սառնարանում պահել, քանի որ երկար ժամանակ չի փչանում: Այն կարելի է նաև որպես կծու համեմունք կիրառել խոհանոցում: Չափաբաժինը: Քանի որ ստացված հեղուկը բավականին կծու է, խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործելուց հետո մեկ շերտ կիտրոն կամ նարինջ ուտել` այրոցը թեթևացնելու համար: Եթե պայքարում եք լուրջ բորբոքման դեմ, ապա պետք է օգտագործել օրական 5-6 անգամ` մեկ ճաշի գդալից: Այս դեղամիջոցը նաև իմունիտետը բարձրացնելու հիանալի տարբերակ է:
