BlogNews-ը ներկայացրել է դերասանուհի Ալինա Մարտիրոսյանի պատասխանը բլոգերի գրառմանը, ըստ որի, նա ընկերություն է անում 25-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ։ Մեզ հետ զրույցում նրա փաստաբանը՝ «Գալիկյան» փաստաբանական գրասենյակի տնօրեն Գարիկ Գալիկյանը ասաց, որ իրենք պատրաստվում են դատական գործընթաց սկսել, եթե սկզբնաղբյուրը և  նյութը տարածած լրատվամիջոցները չհերքեն լուրը և ներողություն չխնդրեն Ալինայից ու Կոնստանտինից։

«Ինձ հետ կապ է հաստատել նաև Կոնստանտինը, ով, միանալով Ալինային, նույնպես պատրաստվում է դատական  հայց ներկայացնել»,- հայտնեց Գարիկ Գալիկյանը։ «Սա ուղղակի քննարկում չէ, սա լուրջ խնդիր է, որը զրպարտում է մարդուն։ Ես ավելի քան վստահ եմ, որ Ալինայի որդին էլ դեպրեսիայի մեջ կլինի այս ամենը կարդալով, քանի որ հասուն մարդ է։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ Կոնստանտինն ամուսնացած է, թե ոչ, սակայն սա նրա վրա էլ է բիծ գնում։ Միգուցե նա ունի ընկերուհի և այս նյութի հրապարակաման համար լուրջ խնդրի առաջ կանգնի՝ ընդհուպ մինչև բաժանություն»,- ասաց փաստաբանը և հավելեց, որ եթե դատական գործընթաց սկսեն, բավականին մեծ աղմուկ է լինելու։

«Թե դատական գործընթացն ինչ ելք կունենա, այժմ չեմ ցանկանում մեկնաբանել։ Ես ունեցել եմ բազմաթիվ դատական գործեր, որոնք շատ լավ արդյունք են ունեցել։ Այս գործի պարագայում ես զերծ կնամ մեկնաբանություններից, միայն կասեմ, որ եթե  մտա գործի մեջ, հետդարձի ճանապարհ չի լինի»,- նշեց Գարիկ Գալիկյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալինա Մարտիրոսյանն ասել էր, որ ինքն ու Կոնստանտինն ուղղակի շատ լավ ընկերներ են և նրանց՝ սիրավեպ ունենալու լուրը զրպարտանք է։
