Կարելի է ասել, որ սննդամթերքի գնի կտրուկ աճը կապված է ընտրական գործընթացների հետ. խնդրին պարտավոր է միջամտել Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետ Ատոմ Մարգարյանը:

«Կարելի է ասել՝ այո՛, այդպիսի օրինաչափություն կա: Ընտրություններից հետո ընտրական պրոցեսի որոշ հաղորդներ միշտ էլ ցանկանում են իրենց նախընտրական և ընտրական բուն պրոցեսի ծախսերը հետ բերել գների չհիմնավորված բարձրացման հաշվին: Եվ այս հարցով, իհարկե, առաջին դերակատարը տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովն է, նաև հարկային ծառայությունը»,- ընդգծեց տնտեսագետը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ կառավարությունը պետք է իր հարկաբյուջետային, հակաստվերային, տնտեսական մրցակցության ապահովման քաղաքականության գործիքներով կարգավորի տպավորիչ գնաճը:

Ըստ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության՝ 2017 թ. 5 ամիսներին 2016 թ. դեկտեմբերի նկատմամբ արձանագրվել է 2.1 տոկոս գնաճ: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում ոչ թե գնաճ է արձանագրվել, այլ գնանկում՝ 0.6 տոկոս: 2017 թ. մայիսին 2016-ի մայիսի համեմատ Հանրապետության սպառողական շուկայում արձանագրվել է 1.6 տոկոս գնաճ, իսկ միան սննդամթերքի ապրանքախմբում՝ 6.2 տոկոս գնաճ:

Մարգարյանը նորմալ է համարում առաջին 5 ամիսների 2.1 տոկոս գնաճը: Ըստ նրա՝ անտրամաբանական էին նախորդ տարիների՝ 2015, 2016 թթ. ցուցանիշները:

«Նախորդ տարիներին ընդհանուր ֆոնը գնանկումային էր և կապված էր պահանջարկի և մասնավոր դրամական փոխանցումների անկման հետ: Իսկ այս տարվա առաջին ամիսներին մենք տեսնում ենք գնաճային որոշակի ֆոն, որոշակի ակտիվացում: Սա տնտեսության աշխուժացման հետևանք է, և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, այդ 2.1 տոկոս գնաճի ցուցանիշը նորմալ է»,- ասաց Ատոմ Մարգարյանը:
