ԵՄ-ի հետ առևտրային հարաբերություններ իրականացնող գործարարներին առավել մանրամասն ներկայացվեցին Հայաստանի արտոնությունները

 Հայաստանի մասնավոր հատվածի գործարարներին ԵՄ-ից մեր երկրին տրվող առևտրային արտոնյալ պայմաններին առավել լավ ներկայացնելու նպատակով Երևանում մեկնարկեց «Արտոնությունների ընդհանրացված և համալրված համակարգին» (GSP+) նվիրված տեղեկատվական միջոցառում-քննարկում: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների փոխնախարար, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի՝ «GSP+» հարցերով պատասխանատու ներկայացուցիչներ, գործարարներ, առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի և նախարարության մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ՀՀ տնտեսականզարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարիառաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ նմանատիպ ձևաչափով հանդիպելու նպատակը կայանում է նրանում, որպեսզի մասնավոր հատվածը, առևտրային հարաբերություններ իրականացնող ընկերությունները ժամանակ առ ժամանակ տեղեկացվեն ԵՄ-ի կողմից Հայաստանին տրվող առևտրային արտոնյալ պայմանների, դրանց ընթացակարգի, կիրառման մեթոդների և բոլոր մանրամասների մասին, ինչի շնորհիվ մեր գործարարներն առավելագույնս կօգտվեն դրանցից:

«Այս մի քանի օրում եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետ քննարկումներ ենք կազմակերպել` նպատակ ունենալով առավելագույնս տեղեկատվություն փոխանակել բոլոր այն հարցերի շուրջ, որոնք վերաբերում են գործող առևտրային ռեժիմին: Հանդիպման ընթացքում առաջին հերթին խոսելու ենք «GSP+» համակարգի մասին` մանրամասն ներկայացնելով, թե այն ինչպես է ընթանում, ինչ է պետք է իմանալ դրանից օգտվելու համար: Հայաստանն օգտվում է «GSP+» համակարգից, որն ավելի արտոնյալ է, քան «GSP» համակարգը: Այս համակարգի ներքո աշխարհում գործում է 8 երկիր, որոնք օգտվում են 6400 անուն ապրանքների համար ԵՄ զրոյական մաքսատուրքով արտահանելու կամ ներմուծելու հնարավորությունից, իսկ այստեղ կարևոր է իմանալ, թե ինչ փաստաթղթեր են հարկավոր, ում է պետք  դիմել, ինչ ընթացակարգեր է պետք անցնել գործունեությունն հավուր պատշաճի իրականացնելու համար»,- ասաց Մելքոնյանը` վստահեցնելով, որ «GSP+» համակարգը համարվում է ամենաարտոնյալներից մեկը, որը տրվում երկրին որոշակի չափանիշների բավարարման և «GSP+» համակարգի պահանջների պահպանման դեպքում:

 Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստանն ապացուցել է, որ բավարարում է դրանք և մեր երկրին այդ արտոնությանը հատկացնելուց հետո ամբողջ ընթացքում անցկացվում են մոնիթորինգներ հստակ ֆիքսելու համար, որ Հայաստանը ստանձնած պարտականությունները հավուր պատշաճի է իրականացնում:
