Մարդը երկրագնդի վրա միակ էակն է, ով կարող է իրեն մահացու ռիսկի ենթարկել միայն հանուն հաճույքի կամ զվարճանքի: Մենք անգամ սննդից ենք սիրում ստանալ վտանգավոր ատրակցիոն, օրինակ՝ ֆուգու ձուկը, որից կարելի է մահացու թունավորում ստանալ:
Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է այն պարզ մթերքները, որից կարելի է թունավորվել, սակայն արդյոք գիտեիք այդ մասին:
1. Հնդկական ընկույզ
Թույնը՝ ալերգիկ ուրուշիոլ տոքսին:
Ինչպե՞ս է գործում: Մաշկի վրա ցավոտ ցան է առաջացնում:
Հետաքրքիր փաստ. «Հում» հնդկական ընկույզը, որը վաճառվում է սուպերմարկետներում, իրականում մշակված է տաք գոլորշու օգնությամբ, ինչը չեզոքացնում է թունավոր նյութը:
2. Կարտոֆիլ և պոմիդորներ
Թույնը՝ սոլանին
Կարտոֆիլի պալարներում պարունակվում է քիչ քանակությամբ (մինչև 0,05%), սակայն կանաչած ու ծլած կարտոֆիլներում դրա մակարդակը զգալիորեն բարձրանում է:
Վտանգավոր սոլանինը պարունակվում է նաև կանաչ պոմիդորներում: Տոքսինի պարունակությունը զգալի նվազում է, երբ պտուղն սկսում է դեղնել՝ դառնալ սպիտակավուն կամ վարդագույն: Այդ ժամանակ պոմիդորները կարելի է համարձակորեն թթու դնել:
Ինչպե՞ս է գործում: Գրգռում է նյարդային համակարգը, խախտում մարսողությունը: Ուժեղ թունավորվել կարելի է մի քանի կիլոգրամ պոմիդոր կամ չմաքրված կարտոֆիլ ուտելու դեպքում միայն:
Ախտանշաններ՝ գլխացավ, թուլություն, գիտակցության խառնաշփոթ, դիարեա, փսխում, ծանր դեպքերում՝ կոմա:
3. Ֆերմերական թառափ
Թույն: 13 տարբեր տոքսիկ նյութեր:
Ինչպե՞ս է գործում: Ընկճում է իմունիտետը, ախտահարում մաշկը, երիկամները, նյարդային համակարգը, անգամ քաղցկեղ առաջացնում:
Ի՞նչ է պետք իմանալ: Եթե թառափ ուտում եք ամիսը երկու անգամ, դա չի վնասի ձեր առողջությանը: Սակայն եթե չեք ցանկանում ռիսկի դիմել, ապա գնեք վայրի թառափ:
4. Խավարծիլի տերևներ

Ինչպե՞ս է գործում: Երիկամներում առաջացնում է մահացու բյուրեղային նստվածքներ:
Ախտանշաններ: Դժվարացած շնչառություն, փսխում, դիարեա, ցավ աչքերում, այրոց բերանում:

Թույն: Մարդու համար մահացու տույոն նյութ, որը մեծ քանակությամբ պարունակվում է այդ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքի կարևորագույն բաղադրիչում՝ օշինդրում:
Ինչպե՞ս է գործում: Չի թողնում կենտրոնանալ: Մեծ չափաքանակի դեպքում առաջացնում է մկանային սպազմեր ու ցնցումներ՝ մահացու ազդելով գլխուղեղի, երիկամների ու լյարդի վրա:
6. Շամբուկ (թանթրվենի)
Թույն: Ցիանիդ
Ինչպե՞ս է գործում: Եթե ուտեք չհասած կամ սխալ պատրաստված հատապտուղները, կարելի է ցնցումների մեջ ընկնել:
Ախտանշաններ: Գլխացավ, գլխապտույտ, քնկոտություն, փսխում:
