Դեղերին փոխարինող հրաշք մթերքներ

Ճիշտ սնվելու միջոցով կարելի է շատ հիվանդություններ, եթե ոչ բուժել, ապա առնվազն «մեղմել» օրգանիզմի վրա դրանց ունեցած ազդեցությունը։
Ընդ որում` դեղերի փոխարեն, հաճախ, հանդես են գալիս սովորական, յուրաքանչյուրիս ծանոթ մթերքները։ Պետք է միայն իմանալ, թե որ ուտելիքին հատկապես ուշադրություն դարձնել։
Պարզվում է, որ դրանք ոչ պակաս արդյունավետ կարող են լինել, քան դեղերը և օգնում են բուժվել առանց կողմնակի ազդեցությունների և դեղատներ այցելելու անհրաժեշտության։ Որպեսզի մթերքներից օգուտ ստացվի, նախ անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ, թե ինչ հիվանդություններից դրանք կարող են ազատել։ Դա կօգնի այդ ուտելիքներն ընդունել ամենաանհրաժեշտ պահին և ստանալ առավելագույն առողջարարական արդյունք։

Ձմերուկն ու դարչինը` ասպիրինի փոխարեն
Ասպիրինը բնակչության մեջ ամենատածված հակակոագուլյանտն է։ Մատչելի ասած` մենք այն խմում ենք, որպեսզի ջրիկացնենք արյունը և դրանով իսկ թուլացնենք սրտի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը։ Մոտավորապես այդպիսի արդյունքի կարելի է հասնել նաև ապավինելով ձմերուկին ու դարչինին։
Մեղրն ու կաթը՝ բնական քնաբեր
Լավն այն է, որ դրանք ձեզ չեն դարձնի Մերիլին Մոնրոյի հետևորդներից, ում անքնության դեմ պայքարը հանգեցրեց դեղորայքային կախվածության։ Վատագույնը, որին կարող է հանգեցնել կաթնամեղրային զույգը՝ պարզապես չազդելն է։ Համաձայնեք, այնքան էլ վատ չէ։

Այս մթերքների ցավազրկող հատկությունը, վստահաբար, 2015 թվականի հայտնագործություններից չէ։ Սխտորի միջոցով ատամնացավից ազատվում էին դեռևս մեր տատիկները։ Իսկ կոճապղպեղը այն է, ինչն առաջին հերթին պետք է իրենց մոտ ունենան նրանք, ովքեր հաճախ են ոտքը ամենանհարմար պահի «շուռ տալիս» կամ շտապելիս ոտքով հարվածում են գրասենյակային կահույքին։
