Ինչպես աշնանը խնամել մաշկը

Աշնանը մաշկն առանձնահատուկ խնամքի կարիք է զգում: Ողջ ամռանը մեր մարմինը կրում է արևի ճառագայթների ոչ միայն դրական, այլև բացասական ազդեցությունը. այն դառնում է չոր, երբեմն թեփոտվում է: Որպեսզի այս խնդիրները լուծում ստանան աշնան ամիսներին, պետք է հետևել մի քանի խորհուրդների:
Ամենակարևորը դեմքի մաշկի խնամքն է: Աշնանն անհրաժեշտ է օրը երկու անգամ’ առավոտյան ու երեկոյան, մաքրել այն, ընդ որում, դրա համար մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս օգտագործել սպիրտ չպարունակող նյութեր: Հիանալի տարբերակ են կոսմետիկական կաթը, լոսիոնը, տոնիկը:
Ամեն անգամ տնից դուրս գալոց առաջ դեմքին խոնավացնող կրեմ քսեք , որը կստեղծի պաշտպանիչ շերտ Ձեր դեմքի համար և թույլ չի տա, որ այն սառչի կամ չորանա:
Աշնանը եղանակը փոփոխական է: Մեկ այրում է արևը, մեկ էլ հանկարծ ուժեղ անձրև է սկսվում: Եղանակային փոփոխությունների հանդեպ ամենազգայունը դեմքի մաշկն է, որ նման տատանումներից կարող է կարմրել ու այտուցվել:
Սրանից խուսափելու համար շաբաթը մի քանի անգամ դեմքին հետևյալ դիմակը քսեք:
Քերիչով անցկացրած մի խնձորի հետ խառնեք մեկ ձվի դեղնուց և մի քիչ կաթ, քսեք դեմքին, թողեք կես ժամ, ապա լվացեք:
Բացի սրանից, աշնանը կարիք կլինի նաև մի շարք այլ դիմակներ օգտագործելու: Անչափ օգտակար են մեղրով պատրաստված դիմակները: Կարող եք նաև դեմքին պարզապես կտրատած կարտոֆիլ դնել, ինչը կօգնի պայքարել կնճիռների դեմ:
