Իրանագետը հայ-իրանական տնտեսական հարաբերությունների խորացման հեռանկարներ է տեսնում

Հայաստանի սերտ հարաբերությունները ԵԱՏՄ, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրամիության հետ հնարավորություն են տալիս Իրանին ավելի խորացնել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ հատկապես տնտեսական ոլորտում: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց իրանագետ Կարեն Մկրտչյանը:
«Տարբեր ծրագրերի իրականացումը եւ ազատ տնտեսական գոտու հիմնումը Իրանի կողմից հնարավորություն են տալիս երկու կողմերին նոր ծրագրեր առաջարկել հատկապես գործարար ոլորտում: Հայկական կողմը պետք է լուրջ ակնկալիքներ ունենա հայ-իրանական սահմանին տեղակայված, շուտով գործարկվելիք այդ ազատ տնտեսական գոտուց: Այս ծրագրով հայկական և իրանական բիզնեսները պետք է զարգացում ապրեն: Ազատ տնտեսական գոտին Իրանին թույլ կտա Հայաստանով դեպի ԵԱՏՄ բազմամիլիոնանոց շուկա ապրանքներ արտահանել: Իսկ Իրանի համար ամենահեռանկարային ոլորտներից մեկը, թերևս, էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներն են»,-նշեց իրանագետը:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանն ու Իրանը տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության կերտողներն են, ոչ թե անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ, ինչպես Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը:
«Եթե անգամ հայ-իրանական հարաբերություններում խնդիրներ կան, դրանք լուծելի են: Սակայն լուրջ խնդիրներ, որպես այդպիսին, չկան: Ցանկացած խնդրի պետք է հետամուտ լինել և փորձել լուծումներ գտնել՝ բանակցությունների ճանապարհով, ոչ թե հակասությունների»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ Իրան կատարած այցին՝ Կարեն Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ներկայությամբ Իրանի նորընտիր նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանիի երդմնակալության արարողությունը պատվելը նշանակում է, որ հայ-իրանական երկկողմ հարաբերությունները բարձր մակարդակի վրա են:
«Հայկական պատվիրակության կազմում է նաեւ Էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների նախարարը: Տնտեսական կապերում առաջընթաց գրանցելու համար կարեւոր է տնտեսական բլոկի նախարարների այցելությունը»,- ասաց իրանագետը՝ հավելելով, որ ՀՀ Նախագահի՝ իրանական լրատվամիջոցներին վերջերս տված հարցազրույցները փաստում են, որ ՀՀ եւ Իրանի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ կարեւոր ընդհանրություններ կան:
