Կանանց մեծամասնությունը, ովքեր, երկար տարիներ ապրելով ամուսինների հետ, նրանց հանդեպ այեւս զգացմունք չեն ունենում, հետագայում դժվարանում են վերականգնել զգացմունքները։
Լինում են եզակի դեպքեր, երբ, այնուամենայնիվ ,ամուսինները խոսում են իրար հետ եւ փորձում վերականգնել նախկին հարաբերությունները։
Խոսել-ը ենթադրում է բոլոր կուտաված էմոցիաների բաց թողում, որովհետեւ տարիների ընթացքում հարաբերություններում բազմաթիվ բացասական էմոցիաներ են կուտակվում։
Էմոցիոնալ պոռթկումից հետո մարդիկ ասես նորովի են վերածնվում եւ ունակ են լինում նորովի հարաբերություն կառուցել։
Կանայք հաճախ են ասում, որ զգացմունքներ ունեն ամուսնու հանդեպ, սակայն սեքսի մասին միտքը նրանց տհաճ է թվում։
Ենթադրվում է, որ կանացի հոգեբանությունը, ընկնում է «չեմ ուզում» եւ «պետք է» հասկացությունների թակարդի մեջ, տղամարդուն օժտում մտերիմ բարեկամի, հաճախ հոր կամ երեխայի հատկանիշներով։ Դա տեղի է ունենում աստիճանաբար, սկսվում տղամարդու հանդեպ մեղմ վերաբերմունքից, ասես կինը հանդես է գալիս տղամարդու մոր դերում։ Այսինքն կինն իր ներսից ամուսնուն ընկալում է որպես փոքրիկ եւ անվտանգ տղայի, ինչն օգնում է նրան հաղթահարել կոպտությունը, անուշադրությունը, դավաճանությունը, իսկ երբեմն ուղղակի անկարողությունն իրեն ապահովել այն կենսամակարդակով, ինչն ակնկալում էր։
Արդյունքում՝ տղամարդը վերածվում է բարեկամի, իսկ նրանց միջեւ սեքսը դառնում է անհնար կամ անցանկալի։ Ավելի վատն այն է, որ բարեկամն ընդմիշտ է, մինչեւ մահը։ Վիրավորանքը կարող է անցնել, իսկ հարազատությունը ոչ։
Այսպիսով. հարաբերություններում մի խաղացեք դստեր դեր, այսինքն տղամարդուն մի համարեք ձեզ հայր, ով ծնողական սիրուց դրդված ձեր կողմից ամեն ինչ կընկալի։ Դերերը կփոխվեն, դուք ինքներդ նրա համար մոր կվերածվեք եւ հարաբերությունների վերջը կգա։
Ձեր մեջ էմոցիաներ մի’ կուտակեք, մի’ հուսացեք, որ ամեն ինչ կուլ կտաք, ինքներդ մի’ պայքարեք ձեր դեմ, լիարժեք խոսեք։
Սեքսով մի զբաղվեք հարազատի պես, այսինքն հաաբերություն մի ունեցեք զուտ պարտավորված, այլ համոզվելու համար, որ նա զգացմունքներ ունի, ունեցեք կրքոտ հարաբերություններ, որպեսզի ամուսնական փափկությունը չծածկի հարաբերությունների կիրքը։
Վախեցեք ամուսնուն անվանել «հայրիկ», «փոքրիկ», «հարազատս» եւ այլն, այդպիսով դուք կհասնեք նրանք, որ նա հենց այդպիսին էլ կդառնա, եւ դուք կսկսեք երազել իսկական տղամարդու մասին։
Հարց. իսկ եթե այդ ամենն արդեն տեղի՞ է ունեցել։ Այդ դեպքում իրար օտար դարձեք եւ խոսեք, խոսեք, խոսեք, իսկ հետո ամեն ինչ սկսեք նորից։
