Ներկայացնում ենք հայ միլիոնատեր դեսպան Ռաիսա Վարդանյանին։
Սկսած 2013 թվականից նա Հայաստանն է ներկայացնում Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետությունում։
Տիկին Վարդանյանը ամենահարուստ հայ կին դեսպանի համբավ է ձեռք բերել:
Ծնվել է 1959թ. մայիսի 28-ին, Ադրբեջանական ՍՍՀ Խանլար քաղաքում,
Կրթությունը
1998թ.-ին ավարտել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ԱԳՆ դիվանագիտական ակադեմիան, մասնագիտությունը` միջազգային հարաբերությունների մասնագետ
1985 թ.-ին ավարտել է Երեւանի Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան օտար լեզուների ինստիտուտը, մասնագիտությունը` լեզվաբան
Քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու:
Հակամարտությունների կարգավորման եւ միջազգային հարաբերությունների շուրջ մի շարք գիտական աշխատությունների հեղինակ է:
Զեկույցներով հանդես է եկել բազմաթիվ միջազգային համաժողովներում:

Ունի երկու որդի:
ՀՀ Նախագահի 2013 թ. հուլիսի 16-ի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան։
Ռաիսա Վարդանյանը հայտարարագրել է երեք բնակարան, որոնցից մեկը 34 մլն 800 հազար, մյուս երկուսից յուրաքանչյուրը 40,800,000 դրամ արժողության։
Նրա դրամական միջոցները կազմում են 150 մլն 468 հազար դրամ, 1 մլն 354 հազար դոլար, 769 հազար 820 եվրո։
Նրա տարեկան եկամուտը կազմում է 35,608,890 դրամ։
