1. Սովորիր երջանկություն տարածել: Կինը, ով երջանկություն է արտացոլում, ուժեղ ձգողական ուժ ունի դեպի տղամարդիկ: Ապացուցված է, որ երջանիկ դեմք ունենալով թեկուզ ձևական, կնպաստեք նրան, որ իրական երջանկությունը գա Ձեր մոտ:
2.Մի մտածիր գիշեր ու ցերեկ այն բանի մասին, որ քեզ պետք է ինքնագնահատականդ բարձրացնել: Մեծ ցանկությունը դառնում է պատնեշ դրա իրականացման համար:Ուղղակի ապրիր և հավատա, որ կհասնես նրան, ինչ ուզում ես:
3. Կատարելությունը հանիր կյանքիցդ: Թույլ տուր ինքդ քեզ չլինել կատարյալ: Անգամ եթե ինչ որ բանը ուրիշներից վատ ես անում, ունես դրա իրավունքը: Պարտավոր չես ամենինչում իդեալական լինել:
4. Մոռացիր վախերդ: Պատկերացրու, որ պատահել է այն, ինչից վախենում ես: Նախօրոք հնարավոր տարբերակներ մտածիր, թե ինչպես կվարվես: Հիշիր, ինքնագնահատականի բարձրացման համար օգկակար է անգամ բացասական օրինակը:
5. Մի հետաձգիր գործերդ: Ինչքան ձգձգում ես ինչ-որ բանի սկիզբը, այդքան անորոշ են թվում դժվարությունները:
6. Հետևիր արտաքինիդ: Գնա լողավազան, դիմահարդարի մոտ, վարսահարդարի մոտ: Ոչինչը այդքան չի ինքնագնահատականը բարձրացնում,ինչքան նոր կերպարը:
7. Մի վախեցիր նոր բաներ փորձել: Ինչքան երկար ես փորձում սկսել ինչ-որ բան,այդքան անորոշ են թվում դժվարությունները
8. Թարմացրու պահարանդ: Կինը միշտ մնում է կին և նոր հագուստը, որը իդեալական է Ձեր արտաքինի համար, կբարձրացնի Ձեր տրամադրությունը: Արա վերջապես թարմացում և դեն նետիր հին բաները:
9. Մի ի ցույց դուր նշանակությունդ: Ներքին վստահությունը արտաքին ցուցաբերումների կարիք չունի
