Առցանց միկրովարկեր. Հայաստանում մեծանում է պահանջարկը

Վերջին ամիսներին գովազդային ակտիվ արշավ են իրականացնում միկրովարկեր առաջարկող վարկային կազմակերպությունները: Թե իրական, թե վիրտուալ հարթակում հաճախ գովազդի կարելի է հանդիպել երջանիկ դեմքով երիտասարդ աղջիկների ու տղաների նկարներով. վարկային կազմակերպությունները գումար են առաջարկում առանց լրացուցիչ փաստաթղթերի, անգամ առանց գրասենյակ այցելելու անհրաժեշտության՝ առցանց տարբերակով:
Հայաստանյան շուկայում սկսում է տարածվել առցանց վարկավորման համակարգը: Վարկերը սովորաբար առաջարկվում են մի քանի օրից մինչև 1 տարի ժամկետով:
Այս պրոդուկտը կարող է մեծ պահանջարկ վայելել՝ հաշվի առնելով բանկերի առավել խիստ պայմանները: Բանկերը եկամտի աղբյուրի ապացույց են պահանջում, իսկ նշված արագ վարկատեսակի համար եկամուտների վարկավորում չի պահանջվում: Նշվում է, որ վարկ տալիս ստուգվում է հաճախորդի վարկային պատմությունը, սակայն միկրովարկեր վերցնողների մի զգալի մասը հենց վատ վարկային պատմություն ունեցողներն են:
Օրինակ, վարկային կազմակերպություններն առաջարկում են թարմացնել բջջային հեռախոսը կամ պարզապես շոփինգի գնալ: Միկրովարկերի տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը կարող է գերազանցել 200%-ը:
2017 թվականի հունիսի դրությամբ վարկային կազմակերպությունների տրամադրած վարկերի ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է 236.6 միլիարդ դրամ անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի 179 միլիարդ դրամի դիմաց: Հունիսի ցուցանիշն այս տարվա մայիսի ցուցանիշը գերազանցել է 2 միլիարդ դրամով: Դրան զուգահեռ կայուն աճում է նաև բանկերի երկարաձգված վարկերի ծավալը: 2016 թվականի հունիսին այն կազմել է 31.3 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ այս տարվա հունիսին՝ 55.9 միլիարդ դրամ:
Ռուսաստանում, օրինակ, միկրովարկերի ժամանակին վերադարձելիության ցուցանիշը 5 անգամ վատ է բանկերի ցուցանիշից: Ռուսաստանում միկրովարկերը ժամանակին չեն մարում վարկառուների 20%-ը, իսկ բանկերի դեպքում՝ 4%-ը: Միկրոֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների հաճախորդների 40%-ը վատ վարկային պատմություն ունեն, ևս 20%-ն աշխատանք չունեն կամ ցածր եկամուտ ունեն, և միայն այդ կազմակերպություններին դիմողների 18%-ը դրական վարկային պատմություն ունի: Հայաստանում միկրովարկեր վերցնողների վարկային պատմության վերաբերյալ վիճակագրություն գտնվել չհաջողվեց:
2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ՌԴ ԿԲ-ն որոշում է ընդունել, որ միկրովարկի տոկոսները երբեք չեն կարող գերազանցել պարտք վերցրած գումարի եռապատիկը: 2012 թվականին Մեծ Բրիտանիան օրենք է ընդունել, որ վարկի տոկոսները, տույժերը և տուգանքները չեն կարող կազմել վարկի 100%-ից ավելին: Օրինակ, 100 ֆունտի դեպքում մայր գումարը, տոկոսները և տույժերը երբեք չեն կարող գերազանցել 200 ֆունտը: Մինչ այդ տոկոսը կարող էր հասնել 5000-ի:
