Մինչև հիմա մեզնից շատերը համոզված են, որ ճիշտ են անում, որ բոլոր մթերքները լվանում են պատրաստելուց կամ ուտելուց առաջ:
Սակայն պարզվում է՝ այդպես չէ:
Երբեք մի լվացեք՝
1. Հավը
Շատերը կարծում են, որ պատրաստելուց առաջ միսը պետք է հոսող ջրի տակ լվանալ բակտերիաներից ազատվելու համար: Բայց հավը լվանալով չեք մաքրում բակտերիաները, փոխարենը վարակում եք լվացարանակոնքը, սպասքը, բոլոր տեղերը, որտեղ կարող է հասնել ջուրը:
2. Ձու
Ֆաբրիկայում արտադրված ձուն ծածկում են պաշտպանիչ շերտով, որը բակտերիաները մեկուսացնում է և կանխում դրանց տարածումը մյուս մթերքների վրա: Ուստի երբեք մի լվացեք գնված ձուն:
3. Ձուկ
Ինչպես և հավի դեպքում, լվանալը չի վերացնում բակտերիաները, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ նպաստում է դրանց տարածվելուն այլ մակերևույթների վրա:
Պարտադիր լվացեք՝
1. Տարաները բացելուց առաջ
Պահածոները երբեք մի բացեք առանց նախապես լվալու: Պահածոների կափարիչի վրա փոշու և միկրոօրգանիզմների մեծ շերտ է լինում, նույնիսկ եթե դրանք չեն երևում անզեն աչքով, բացելիս դրանք կարող են հեշտությամբ հայտնվել սննդի մեջ և թունավորում ու հելմինտոզ առաջացնել:
2. Ուտելի կեղևով մրգերը և բանջարեղենը
Շա կարևոր է մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը լավ լվալ: Այդպես դուք կլվանաք ոչ միայն բակտերիաները, այլև կոնսերվանտները, որոնցով հաճախ մշակում են մթերքները սուպերմարկետներում, որ դրանք ավելի երկար պահպանեն թարմությունը: Նաև կարևոր է դրանք թղթե անձեռոցիկով չորացնել:
3. Ոչ ուտելի կեղևով մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը
Բանանը, սեխը, կիտրոնը և նարինջը նույնպես պետք է լավ լվանալ ուտելուց առաջ: Դրանց կեղևի վրա առկա բակտերիաները կարող են կտրելիս հայտնվել մրգի մեջ:
