Նարնջի հյութով կակաո

Նարնջի հյութով կակաոն ոչ միայն կբարձրացնի ձեր տրամադրությունը եւ թարմություն կհաղորդի ձեզ, այլեւ նպաստավոր ազդեցություն կունենա ձեր առողջության վրա։ Նարնջի հյութը կօգնի կարգավորել արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակը եւ կհագեցնի քաղցը։

Այս հրաշագործ ըմպելիքի պատրաստման համար շատ ժամանակ եւ մեծ ջանքեր հարկավոր չեն։ Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է նարնջի կեղեւը քերել, իսկ հյութը՝ քամել։ Այնուհետեւ պետք է եփել կակաոն՝ ավելացնելով կաթը, նարնջի հյութն ու քերուկը։ Ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է նաեւ ավելացնել մի քանի կաթիլ մեղր կամ շագանակագույն շաքարավազ։

Կանաչ թեյ՝ հասմիկով

Սուրճը կարելի է նաեւ փոխարինել կանաչ թեյով։ Այն տոնուսը բարձրացնող հատկություն ունի եւ կարող է ակտիվություն փոխանցել ձեզ՝ չնայած այն ավելի ուշ է ազդում, քան սուրճը։  Սակայն կանաչ թեյը մեծ քանակությամբ կատեխիններ է պարունակում, որոնք ունեն բակտերիասպան, հակաօքսիդանտային եւ հակաուռուցքային ազդեցություն։ Թեյի մեջ կարելի է նաեւ կիտրոն ավելացնել, սակայն չպետք է մոռանալ ամենակարեւոր կանոնի մասին՝ ջրի ջերմաստիճանը չպետք է գերազանցի 80–85 °C-ը։
