Եկող տարվա սկզբում պանրի շուկայում կրկին թանկացումներ կլինեն

Ընթացիկ տարում պանրի արտադրությունը նվազել է: Ըստ ԱՎԾ–ի՝ 2017 թվականի հունվար–սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին արտադրվել է 15054,8 տոննա պանիր, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 18,4%–ով: 2016 թվականին արտադրվել է 18451,7 տոննա:

Հայաստանի պանրագործների միության նախագահ Արմեն Գիգոյանը «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ պանրի արտադրության ծավալների կրճատումը պայմանավորված է կաթի քիչ քանակությամբ:

Այս ամենի վրա ազդել են բնակլիմայական անբարենպաստ պայմանները։

Գիգոյանի խոսքով՝ տարին չորային է եղել, կաթն էլ՝ սակավ:

«Այն բարձրավանդակներում, որտեղ ընդհանրապես խոտը չէր չորանում, նույնիսկ այդ հատվածներում խոտի չորացում է նկատվել, ինչն անմիջապես կապ ունի կթի արդյունավետության, քանակի հետ։ Այս երկու գործոնները բերել են նրան, որ կաթի ծավալները համեմատաբար ավելի քիչ են եղել»,– մատնանշեց Պանրագործների միության նախագահը:

Սպառողական շուկայում գնաճը չի շրջանցել նաև պանրին: Արդեն իսկ ամիսներ առաջ այն թանկացել է: 1700 դրամ արժողությամբ պանրի գինն այսօր շուկայում 2000–ի շեմն է հատել: Արմեն Գիգոյանը նկատեց, որ արտադրության ծավալների կրճատումը կբերի պանրի գնի աճին: Գնաճը կերևա գալիք տարվա սկզբում:

«Թանկացումներ արդեն եղել են: Եկող տարվա առաջին կեսին պանիրը կթանկանա: Ըստ իմ փորձի, եթե մի տարի կաթնատվությունը քիչ է լինում, մյուս տարի՝ շատ է լինում: Բնությունն ամեն ինչ բալանսավորում է: Չեմ կարող ասել եկող տարին ինչպես կլինի, բայց իմ փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ դա այդպես է»,– նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Հակառակ այս ամենի՝ ԱՎԾ–ի տվյալներով կաթի արտադրությունն ավելացել է: Այս տարվա ինն ամիսներին 396,5 լիտր կաթ է արտադրվել, իսկ նախորդ տարում՝ 394,3: Պանրագործների միության նախագահին վիճակագրական տվյալները հավատ չեն ներշնչում:

«Ես չգիտեմ՝ վիճակագրականում ինչպես են գրում: Փաստն այն է, որ կաթը քիչ է եղել: Անասնագլխաքանակի տատանումները կաթնատվության հետ անմիջական կապ չունեն: Դա շարժն է՝ ամեն տարի և՛ անասուն են գնում, և՛ վաճառում են: Մի քանիսն այդպիսի կանխատեսումներ են անում: Դա նման է այն բանին՝ ոնց որ սուրճի բաժակի մեջ նայեն և խոսեն»,– ասաց Գիգոյանը:

Նանաևընդգծեց, որարտահանմանծավալներիվրաևսկազդիպանրիարտադրությանծավալներինվազումը: Ըստնրա՝ծավալներիտատանումկլինի։

Արտադրվող պանրի հիմնական սպառումը տեղական շուկայում է կատարվում:

«Մենք արտադրում ենք գրեթե այնքան, ինչքան սպառում ենք։ Այն առավելությունները, որ ունենք՝ կաթի որակ և այլն, հնարավորություն է տալիս նաև արտաքին շուկա դուրս գալ»,– շեշտեց Գիգոյանը:

Ի դեպ՝ 2017 թվականը կաթնամթերքի հայաստանյան շուկայի համար առավելապես անկումային տարի է։ Տարվա առաջին ինն ամիսների տվյալներով՝ կրճատվել են գործարանային արտադրության պանրի, մածնի, թթվասերի ու կաթնաշոռի ծավալները։ Ավելացել են միայն կաթի ու պաղպաղակի ծավալները։
