Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է հնդիկ դերասան Միտխուն Չակրոբարտի կյանքն ու ստեղծագործական ուղին:
Ծնվել է հեռախոսային ընկերության աշխատակցի ընտանիքում: Մանկության տարիներին սովորել է Շոտլադիայում:
Արդեն ուսանողական տարիներին սկսում է նկարահանվել ֆիլմերում: Նրա հետ նկարահանման հրապարակում խաղում էին այնպիսի աստղեր, ինչպիսիք էին Ամիտաբխ Բաչչանը և Ռեկխանը: Սակայն ծագող աստղը մնաց ստվերում: Այնուհետև նա նկարահանվեց «Թագավորական որսորդություն» ֆիլմում, որտեղ նա մարմնավորում էր պարզ և միամիտ մի տղայի, ով սանտալի ցեղից էր:
Որպեսզի լավ և ճշմարտացիորեն խաղա իր դերը, նա սկսում է ուսումնասիրել այդ ցեղի ողջ գաղտնիքները: Նույնիսկ նա գնում է որսորդության ցեղի մարդկանց հետ:
1976 թ-ին այդ ֆիլմը ցուցադրվում և ունենում է բավականին մեծ հաջողություններ: Այս ֆիլմում նկարահանվելու համար նա հաղթող է դուրս գալի «լավագույն տղամարդու դեր» անվանակարգում:
Չնայած ֆիլմի հաջողությանը, ռեժիսորները և պրոդյուսերները չեն շտապում նրան հրավիրել իրենց ֆիլմերում նկարահանվելու: Վերջ ի վերջո 1977թ-ին նրա մասնակցությամբ նկարահանվում է ընդամենը 1 ֆիլմ:
1980թ-ին Չակրոբարտին նկարահանվել է ավելի քան 10 ֆիլմում: 1982թ-ին նկարահանված «Դիսկո պարողը» ֆիլմը նրան բերում է գլխապտույտ հաջողություններ:
Միտխուն Չակրոբարտին ամուսնանում է հայտնի մոդել Հելենե Լոկի հետ, սակայն նրանց միությունը երկար չի տևում: Այնուհետև նա ամուսնանում է հնդկական դերասանուհի Իոգիտե Բալի հետ: Նրանք ունեն չորս երեխա` 3 տղա և մեկ աղջիկ: Մեծ տղան` Միմոխ Չակրոբարտին, նույնպես դերասան է:
