Նախարարի հարաբերությունները վարչապետի հետ լավ չեն. «Հրապարակ»
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը հայոց բազմաչարչար կառավարության ամենաինքնատիպ նախարարն է. ճիշտ է, ի տարբերություն Լևոն Մկրտչյանի (վերջինս 6 անգամ նախարար է նշանակվել), ընդամենը երկու անգամ է նախարար դարձել, սակայն Ռոստոմյանը ՀՅԴ-ի հետ մի ընդհանրություն էլ ունի. Արծվիկ Մինասյանի նման` նրա հարաբերությունները Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ լավ չեն, բարև-բարլուսից այն կողմ չեն անցնում, նա վարչապետի «թիմի» մարդ չէ։
Ռոստոմյանը ԲՀԿ-ական չէ, սակայն նշանակված է օր ու գիշեր վարչապետին քննադատող ԲՀԿ-ի` Ծառուկյանի «քվոտայով», դրանով դառնալով միակ «ընդդիմադիր» նախարարը Կարապետյանի կաբինետում:
Սպորտի նախարարության հաջորդ «ինքնատիպությունն» էլ այն է, որ վերջինիս ծախսերն ու բյուջեն չեն համապատասխանում միմյանց. նախարարության բյուջեն շատ փոքր է, և Ծառուկյանն է հիմնականում հոգում ոլորտի սպորտային ծախսերը:
Սակայն Ռոստոմյանը փոխհատուցում է այդ ուշադրությունը. ՀԱՕԿ քարտուղար Ռոստոմյանը, երբ ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Ծառուկյանի հետ արտասահման է մեկնում, իր հետ թարգմանիչ չի տանում՝ հանդիպումները թարգմանում է անձամբ սպորտի նախարարը»:
