Healthy food star-ը մի քանի տարբերակ է առաջարկել, թե ինչպես կարելի է դուրս բերել ականջների մեջ լցված ջուրը:
1. Վակուում ստեղծել ականջում
Գլուխը պետք է թեքել խցանված ականջի մյուս կողմը, ափը սեղմել ականջին: Դա վակուում կստեղծի ականջում, որը կօգնի դուրս բերել ջուրը: Դա կարելի է անել նաև մատի օգնությամբ` թեքելով գլուխը, մատով սեղմելով փակել ականջն ու արագ ետ քաշել մատը: Կարելի է նաև ժամացույցի սլաքի ուղղությամբ մերսել ականջը:
2. Քացախի և սպիրտի կաթիլներ
Պետք է հավասար քանակությամբ սպիրտ և քացախ խառնել և մի քանի կաթիլ կաթեցնել ականջի մեջ: Դա կհեշտացնի ջրի դուրս գալն ականջներից և կկանխի բորբոքումը:
3. Թռչկոտել մեկ ոտքի վրա
Պետք է թեքել գլուխը ջրով լի ականջի կողմի վրա, կանգնել մեկ ոտքի վրա և ցատկել` միևնույն ժամանակ մատներով շարժելով ականջը:
4. Չորացնել տաք օդով
Կարելի է վարսահարդարիչ կիրառել` չորացնելու ջուրը` այն պահելով ականջից 30 սմ հեռավորությամբ:
5. Պառկել և հույսը դնել ձգողականության վրա
Անհրաժեշտ է պառկել փորի վրա և գլուխը թեքել խցանված ականջը դեպի ներքը ուղղությամբ: Մի քանի րոպե այդպես պառկելով ջուրը դուրս կհոսի ականջից:
6. Հորանջել կամ մաստակ ծամել
Ծնոտի ոսկորը մոտ է տեղակայված ականջին և դրա շարժման արդյունքում ականջի ջուրը կարող է դուրս հոսել:
