Պատգամավորին պատկանող ընկերությունը հանքային ջուր կարդյունահանի
ECONOMICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Փետրվարի 1–ին Արարատի մարզի Դաշտաքարի համայնքապետարանի շենքում տեղի կունենան «Ավշար ջուր» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված Արարատի մարզի Վեդու «Արարատ» ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի հանքավայրի թիվ 11 և 12 հորատանցքերից հանքային ջրի արդյունահանման՝ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ հանրային չորրորդ քննարկումները:
Հանքավայրի արդյունահանման նախագիծը կատարվել է «Ավշար ջուր» ՍՊԸ–ի տեխնիկական առաջադրանքի հիման վրա: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրից՝ «Ավշար ջուր» ՍՊԸ–ն ստեղծվել է ընդամենը վերջերս՝ նախորդ տարվա օգոստոսին, իսկ հիմնադիրը ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր Արայիկ Գրիգորյանն է: Արայիկ Գրիգորյանը հայտնի գործարար է, առավել հայտնի է «Ավշարի Արայիկ» անվամբ: 1995 թ–ից Արարատի մարզի Ավշարի գինու գործարանի խորհրդի նախագահն է: Նախորդ տարի պատգամավոր է ընտրվել ՀՀԿ մեծամասնական ցուցակով, մինչ այդ նույնպես եղել է պատգամավոր, թեև անկուսակցական, բայց ՀՅԴ խմբակցության կազմում:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ Վեդու «Արարատ» ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրերի հանքավայրի թիվ 11 և 12 հորատանցքերից նախատեսվում է իրականացնել հանքային ջրերի արդյունահանում: Վեդու հանքավայրի սահմաններում առանձնացվել են երկու փոխկապակցված ջրատար տեղամասեր, որոնք կապված են ինտենսիվ ճեղքավորված և փշրված կրաքարերի հետ: Վեդու «Արարատ» ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի հանքավայրը գտնվում է Արարատի մարզի տարածքում, 2,5 կմ հյուսիս–արևելք Վեդի քաղաքից՝ «Բորոտաղբյուր» կիրճում:
Նախագծում ասվում է, թե մթնոլորտն աղտոտող նյութերի պարունակությունների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ընկերությունը ներկայացնել չի կարող, քանի որ Վեդու «Արարատ» հանքային ջրերի հանքավայրի մոտակայքում մթնոլորտային օդի մոնիտորինգի դիտակայան չկա:
Հանքավայրի ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրի արդյունահանման նպատակով ընկերությունը նախատեսում է ներդնել շուրջ 50 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ բնապահպանական միջոցառումների համար տարեկան կտրամադրվի 200 հազար դրամ:
Հանքավայրի շրջանը բնութագրվում է համեմատած թույլ զարգացած ստորերկրյա ջրերով, որոնցում նկատվում են ինչպես քաղցրահամ, այնպես էլ հանքային տարատեսակներ: Տարածաշրջանում հայտնի են տարբեր քիմիական կազմի հանքային ջրերի մեծ քանակությամբ աղբյուրներ, որոնք գտնվում են Շորաղբյուր, Բորոտաղբյուր, Հանքաղբյուր և այլ տեղամասերում: Վեդու հանքավայրն իրենից ներկայացնում է ճեղքային և շերտաճեղքային ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրերի ջրաճնշումային համակարգ: Հանքային ջրերը ծագումնաբանորեն կապված են ճեղքավորված, տեղ–տեղ ջարդոտված ավազքարային և կավային կրաքարերի հետ:
Հավելենք, որ Վեդու «Արարատ» ածխաթթվային հանքային ջրերի հանքավայրում հետախուզական հորատման աշխատանքները սկսվել են դեռևս 1971 թ.:
