Ձվերը, աղը և շաքարավազը հարում ենք հարիչով, միջին արագության վրա, մինչ միասեռ զանգված դառնալը: Հետո ջուրն ենք ավելացնում: Առանձին տարրայի մեջ խառնում ենք ալյուրը և փխրեցուցիչը, հետո չոր բաղադրիչներն ավելացնում ենք հեղուկ զանգվածին: Իսկ հետո ավելացնում ենք բուսայուղը:
Քերիչով անց կացրած պանիրը, մանր կտրատած կանաչին և մանրացրած սխտորը ավելացնում ենք խմորին և խառնում ենք:
